The space

Indoor Pool Experience.

You’ve never been to a pool quite like this one… and it’s all yours!!! Heated, and away from the elements this pool at the shallow end is 3.5 feet, but moves all the way to 11 feet at the deep end.

Fully decked out in modern vintage glamor, the decor is something you will find your self taking in all the little details. Two large loungers are perfect for laying out, relaxing, reading a book. Lighting and mood effects create a whole new experience when the sun goes down.

Kid Friendly.

Our home is fully equipped for young kids. Black out blinds on all the windows. Pack and play crib, and high chair for dinners. Outside a full play zone is great for all ages.

Living Area.

This house is built for family fun!!! With ample space for your entire family to feel comfortable, the property comfortably sleeps and feeds 14+ people, with everything you need. Enjoy private conversations with loved one’s in the sun room, or join the chaos of the family room which is connected to the pool.

The main living room just off the dinning room, faces the street through a huge bay window, large spruce tree’s, and a gorgeous, purple aspen tree provide privacy. This seating area has two large comfortable couches for lounging, sleeping, or chatting as a large group with family, maybe before or after dinner.

The family room is connected to the kitchen, the cooks in your family will feel like they are part of the action. This room includes a large tv, indoor fire place, and games nook. A large glass sliding door, connects to the pool. You can play a game, or watch a game, and still feel connected to the action of the pool area.

Private Backyard backing on the Ravine.

Our yard is full of mature tree’s, large deck, and the privacy of backing onto hermitage ravine. But wait… our outdoor area actually starts inside, with a sun room, attached to the house, this completely screened in area is great place to enjoy your morning coffee, or read a book in the evening beside the electric fireplace.

Moving outside, a large deck, complete with 12 foot table, hosting your family meals outside or just enjoy each others company on the outdoor furniture. Start a fire, and stay warm, you can get all the great camping feelings, without the camping part. ;)

For the little kids, backyard play area has an epic rock wall climbing structure, and hanging swing, the little ones won’t get enough. For the big kids, outdoor games include rope toss, or grab a basketball and shoot some hoops on the driveway.

Family cooking kitchen.

Kitchen has been newly renovated from top to bottom. Modern appliances, large refrigerator, complete with ice maker and water dispenser. For you chef types, we include it all from speciality cooking appliances like a food processor all the way to large serving dishes.

Dinning room includes large table for hosting your entire family for dinner. 14+ people to eat comfortably. Your whole family can enjoy a meal together. And don’t worry for the young ones, we include a high chair as well.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms.

A great nights sleep makes all the difference, all our rooms are beautiful decorated and appointed, equipped with blackout blinds, hard and soft pillows, to get away from the busyness of the day.

2 king Beds. Two of our rooms have king mattresses. You can forget about the rock paper succours game to see who gets the master bedroom. You know you can relax if multiple families are sharing the house.

2 Queen Beds. Two of our other rooms have queen beds, which also help for any of the older teens or young adults, young couples, or even siblings.

1 Double + Bunk-bed. This room is our most flexible room with a double mattress on the bottom, and the bunkbed on top. The room is has an amazing city mural on the wall, and is fan favorite of all ages.

4 sleepers can enjoy Campers Village. Full stop the coolest bedroom in the house is our bunkbed room. This room has two bunkbeds sleeping total of 4. These guests get the full blown lodge experience, fun for all ages, that is sure to impress even the most decerning camper in your life.

Full Makeup Station.

Going to concert, a hockey game, special event like a wedding. A full makeup station is at your disposal. Perfect spot with great lighting and mirrors to look glamourous.

House is located in quit cul-de-sac, in a mature neighbourhood. Located minutes away from two major thoro-fare’s in Edmonton, highway 16 and the Anthony Hen-day, which is Edmonton’s main ring road circling the city. Getting anywhere in the city is easy.

Shopping and Groceries. Stock up quickly, so you can focus on your vacation. Located minutes away is a Super Store, WallMart and a Costco.

Sport’s Facilities. All hockey and Soccer facilities are easily accessible via the Anthony Henday ring road.

Restaurants. Located just minutes away from some of Edmonton’s best dinning options.

Rogers Place Downtown. Located just 18 minutes from Rogers place for hockey games.

West Edmonton Mall. Spend the day at Edmonton’s largest Mall, which is 25 minutes away.

Sun Ridge Ski Hill. 9 minutes away from Edmonton’s only ski hill, and downhill bike park.

Sherwood Park. 10 minutes away is Emerald hills outdoor shopping mall. Winners, Sport Check, Marshalls, Canadian Tire, Wine and Beyond, Carters, Old Navy, etc.
