Casa rural con encanto Downtown St. Helena!

Casa Robles es una casa familiar privada bien equipada en el corazón del Valle de Napa, en St. El lado oeste de Helena, ubicado en un barrio residencial a pasos de la calle principal y todo lo que la ciudad tiene para ofrecer, excelentes restaurantes, bodegas, salas de degustación, tiendas, St. El histórico cine Cameo de Helena, todos estos servicios están a solo dos cuadras de la casa.

Nuestra propiedad está en 1/3 de acre y hay dos casas. La casa principal en frente es nuestro alquiler de vacaciones con su propio patio delantero y porche delantero y terraza privada en el jardín trasero para cenar y relajarse bajo un majestuoso roble.
La segunda unidad en la parte posterior, que está completamente separada, es utilizada por el propietario.

La casa principal es muy cómoda para 6 adultos. Hay una oficina / biblioteca que se cierra cuando se alquila la casa, no afecta el flujo ya que está en la parte posterior de la casa.

Adornado con características tradicionales, incluyendo un amplio porche delantero y un columpio colgante, un hall de entrada de dos pisos con una escalera de barandilla clásica y sala de estar formal con chimenea.

La casa tiene tres habitaciones con baño, cada una con su propio baño privado y pueden dormir cómodamente seis personas. El primer piso cuenta con la sala de estar con chimenea de leña, cocina / comedor abierto con asiento junto a la ventana, sala multimedia y gran habitación con baño en suite. El comedor, la cocina y la habitación de invitados se abren directamente al patio trasero adornado con un roble de herencia y preparado para comer al aire libre y relajarse. El porche es encantador y cálido en las tardes de invierno.

Nuestra propiedad tiene un permiso legal para alquileres a corto plazo con la ciudad de St. Helena - Permiso # PL18-044 -
Licencia Comercial # 133930.

Nuestra propiedad es para no fumadores dentro y fuera.

Para poder alquilar nuestra casa, necesitaremos que complete el contrato de alquiler y la Ordenanza inicial de alquiler a corto plazo de la Ciudad de St. Helena, que están ambas encerradas.

I cannot say enough good about this house. The layout, location, and ambiance of the house was perfect for a holiday for my family. The only problem is that it might have raised the bar too high for finding the VRBO home for next year's reunion! The standout features for us were the bathroom-for-each-bedroom concept, the full feature kitchen with large dining table, living room with comfortable seating for all 6 of us at once, and the in-town location. The decorating was beautiful and made you feel like you were in a true home rather than a rental. The towels and sheets were luxurious. The owner very pleasant and responsive. I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed in this property,

Great Location and Lovely Property

Really enjoyed how close the property was to local amenities. House was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Host even went the extra mile to ship back and item left at the house. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location with cozy accommodations and great amenities

We loved our stay in Saint Helena! The home was cozy with all the amenities you would expect! The wood burning fireplace was a huge plus for our group! After a day of wine tasting, we curled up around the fireplace, enjoyed our favorite wines of the day, listened to music and read! Truly fantastic all around! Thank you Paulina!

Wonderful Wine Country Retreat

This beautiful home in St. Helena was perfect for our group of six, we each had our own rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and home was equipped with everything you could need. We were walking distance to a number of restaurants and the grocery store. Paulina, our host, was very hospitable and easy to get ahold of. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

Lovely cozy home, perfect location

Paulina’s home was perfect for our group of friends visiting for a long weekend. The home was clean, spacious and had a lovely cozy warmth to it. The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants, and a nice pick-up point when we had a car service take us to a couple wineries. We really enjoyed our mornings too, sipping coffee in the peaceful outdoor patio. The owner Paulina was very communicative and a lovely, welcoming person. Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent Stay

We had 3 couples, everyone enjoyed having a room with en-suite, common areas comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Outdoor space provided a lovely place to gather as well. Hope to return someday.

Perfect House for a Perfect Napa Getaway!

Staying here felt like we were staying with a friend or family member. The house is stunning, more than well equipped and in the most amazing location to explore all Napa Valley has to offer. The layout is perfect for traveling with multiple couples since each large bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Our host was extremely accommodating with exceptional hospitality, leaving us gorgeous flowers, delicious chocolates and a special bottle of bubbly to enjoy. I can’t recommend this place enough and definitely would stay again!

Napa Friends Trip

We had an amazing stay at the home. There were three adult couples and the home was a perfect setup, all bedrooms with connecting bathrooms and everyone had their privacy and space. The backyard was perfect to sit outside for your morning coffee. The location was also great, very central and close to a grocery store.

Fantastic House and Location!

The house is beautiful and perfect for 3 couples. The backyard is private and perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The location could not be better. Walking distance to everything in St. Helena. You won't want to leave. Our host was great and made it really easy. We'll definitely be back.

Absolutely lovely property-Perfect Napa getaway

Our group was incredibly happy with our stay at Paulina's home. The home is immaculate and very well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed the house's location and to be able to walk to Model Bakery in the morning, down Madrona Avenue for morning vineyard views and to local restaurants for dinner. The common spaces are well set up to host 3 couples, as everyone has their own bedrooms and en suite bathrooms, which is a real perk of this property. The communication with Paulina was great, she checked in on us shortly after we arrived and it was clear she was on hand if we needed anything, which we did not. She was also incredibly thoughtful to let us know what items would be in the kitchen/fridge on hand for our arrival. She also provided a wonderful bottle of wine for us to enjoy, very thoughtful gesture that was appreciated! I can't say enough about how perfect this home and outdoor space was for our group. Would love to return in a heartbeat!

We Loved This Place.

I can’t recommend this house enough. The layout and location were absolutely perfect for our group of six. There are several highlights to this house. Having three large bedrooms with their own bathrooms was great. Everyone had their own space to retreat to, but we had several areas to come together. Our favorite was the back patio. We all started our mornings with coffee out there and ended the evenings there with a glass of wine. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking, but there is not much need to cook when you have the location that it does. St. Helena has several highly rated restaurants that you can easily walk to. Plenty of great coffee shops and bakeries are just a few blocks away. I highly recommend this house and the town of St. Helena. You will not be disappointed. It will help to make for an amazing trip as it did for us.

Perfect Napa House

The most perfect house with such a welcoming feel to it. Had a Ralph Lauren vibe in decor and was so cozy. Super clean and location is amazing. You can walk to so many places. Loved it and will return.

Wonderful wine country get away!

This is a wonderful home to explore wine country from. Paulina was great, the home is very comfortable and well appointed, and it is centrally located to everything. It was perfect for 6 people. We were able to walk to everything in St Helena, and once back from the wineries, never had to use a car! So great! We can’t recommend it highly enough!

Lovely home!

We loved our stay at this primely located home. It was an easy walk to many things in St Helena, and a short drive to neighboring towns. The house was well appointed, very tasteful and clean. We'd come back!
