• Ski Access Conditions: Park City Mountain Resort`s goal is to have the King`s Crown run accessible for as long as possible in the ski season. This is the easiest way to access the mountain just steps away from the property.
- No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Additional $25 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 8 guests
- Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
- Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
- Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
- Do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items may cause damage.
-A $500 refundable deposit or a $50 non-refundable damage waiver is required before check-in.
- 4wd and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.

Host was responsive. House was nice. Location was amazing for mountain. We had an issue with the heating system, which never got fully resolved. Also the layout of the house was cumbersome with 4 levels and 3 of the bedrooms being on the bottom floor (where it got hot). There was insufficient cookware to make a meal for our group. But overall great.

We did our best to address it as quickly as possible, but I understand how frustrating it can be when it’s not fully resolved. We’re continuing to work on ensuring the system is functioning properly for future guests. I also appreciate your notes about the layout and cookware. The multi-level design does create distinct temperature zones, and we’ll take another look at the kitchen inventory to make sure it’s better equipped for larger groups. Beautiful home.

The house was lovely and so thoughtfully appointed. The manager was very responsive and easy to deal with. The house was a walk from the ski school which was difficult with little kids. We loved the property for adults

Everything you’d want and a great location

Super convenient access to the slopes just across the street and 12 min walk to main street. Feels even bigger than listed w multiple group gathering places indoors and outdoors witj four-person hot-tub. Clean, well-stocked, very fresh/new. Only issue is the vertical layout (four floors of staircases) which could be challenging for older adults or young children.

Family and Friends ski vacation

We planned a long weekend ski trip with another family in Park City and this was the perfect accommodation for two families. We had plenty of space for nine people and two cars. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house is right across the street from access to the ski trail, with a place to store ski equipment and a great apre ski scene with drinks and snacks.

So great!

STOP LOOKING and book this place! The house was spacious with heated floors, incredible views, and amazing rooftop firepit and hot tub. The owners/ rental company provided detailed instructions and were very accommodating throughout our stay. They even provided a nice welcome basket that set the tone for the weekend. The house had everything we needed and was family friendly. We enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop observing the views and heading up to the clubhouse for happy hour. The location was perfect being walking distance from town and a perfect ski in/ski out.

The house is in a great location. the kitchen had all you could need. We had a smoke detector go off with a low battery the first night somewhat late after a full day of travel, but they came and handled right away. There was a leak in the ceiling in the living room the last couple of days. Not much they could have done about it, but the living area is pretty small and it definitely was not the best case scenario for being able to hang out. There were workers in and out trying to fix it, chipping away at the ice outside,etc...and we had a huge pot on the floor collecting the water. We owned a home in the Bahamas and rented it through VRBO and whenever a customer had an issue we did our best to make up for the inconvenience. send them to dinner on us... something. When you spend a pretty penny to stay somewhere on vacation and then something unfortunate happens, this just seems like the right thing to do. Alas, they did not, and that's ok. Just wanted future renters to know. Slightly annoyed in Park City. :)

Smile High Haven

We had the perfect last minute ski trip at Smile High Haven. We saw it available and decided to head up to the mountains for a last-minute end of season spring ski trip. The house seemed brand new, was very spacious/comfortable, and had incredible views. The snow could have been better, but that was expected being so late in the season. Either way, there may not be a better ski-in/ski-out on the mountain. It was a 10-minute walk downtown and a true ski-in/ski-out with awesome clubhouse to après. The clubhouse had end of day snacks, beer, and wine that we took advantage of everyday. Not having a rental car, we were truly reliant on the proximity to town and ski-in/ski-out description and were so glad it all worked out. We can’t rave about this place enough and will definitely rebook.
