Sunset Villa is a unique property that offers you the best of both worlds: the comfort and elegance of a luxury villa, and the proximity and harmony of a beach hut. The Villa is situated right on the shore of the Caribbean Sea, giving you direct access to the beach and the crystal-clear water. You can enjoy the stunning views of the ocean from every angle: right from the master bedroom and living room, as well as from the spacious deck and the private pool. The Villa is built with natural materials creating an atmosphere of a private retreat.

At the Villa, you will find four spacious bedrooms that can accommodate up to six guests comfortably. Two bedrooms have a king-sized bed, the other two bedrooms a queen size bed, and a large closet with hangers and drawers, a ceiling fan and air conditioning to keep you cool. Each bedroom also has a smart TV, private bathroom with a shower, double sink, and a toilet. You can also access the deck and the pool from two bedrooms through sliding glass doors.
At the Villa, you will find a spacious and bright open floor plan area that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room with a/c. This area is designed to offer you comfort, convenience and entertainment, as well as stunning views of the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to prepare your meals. The kitchen has a huge central island that provides ample space for preparing, serving, and eating your food. The kitchen has a five-burner electric cooktop with range hood that allows you to cook multiple dishes at once. The kitchen also has an oversized oven and fridge as well as a built-in wine cooler. The kitchen has large windows that let in natural light and offer beautiful views of tropical landscaping. You can also access the deck and the pool from the kitchen and living room through sliding glass doors. The dining room has a large wooden table that can seat up to ten people comfortably. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, and a smart TV. The open plan area has large windows that let in natural light and offer panoramic views of the ocean.

Normal electricity usage up to 95 kwh per day is included. Excess usage will be billed at $0.43 per kwh at checkout.

Bonaire is famous for its world-class scuba diving, with over 80 dive sites and a rich marine life. You can explore the coral reefs, shipwrecks, caves, and walls that make Bonaire a diver’s paradise. Sunset Villa is conveniently located near some of the best dive sites on the island, such as Andrea I, Andrea II, Petri's Pillar, and 1000 Steps.
Sunset Villa is designed to make your diving experience as convenient and comfortable as possible. You will find everything you need to enjoy the underwater wonders of Bonaire. After a day of diving, you can rinse off the salt and sand in one of the two outside showers located on the property. The showers are equipped with hot and cold water. You can clean your diving equipment in the rinsing tank located on the deck. The rinse tank is filled with fresh water and has drains for easy disposal.

One of the most amazing features of Sunset Villa is the spacious hardwood deck under the coconut palm trees, where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets every evening. The deck is furnished with comfortable chairs, tables, and hammock, where you can relax and admire the changing colors of the sky and the sea. The deck also has a barbecue grill and outside kitchen. The sunsets at Sunset Villa are truly a sight to behold, and you will never get tired of watching them. They are the perfect way to end your day and start your night in paradise.

Your booking fee is the amount you pay to rent our stunning property for your desired dates. This fee covers the cost of providing you with comfortable and luxurious accommodation, as well as access to all the amenities and features of our property.
Your cleaning fee is the amount you pay to ensure that our property is clean and sanitized before and after your stay. This fee covers the cost of hiring professional cleaners who will thoroughly clean and disinfect our property.
