The original owner was a dear friend of T. Boone Pickens, and is the reason Pickens majored in Geology changing the trajectory of OSU forever. Having only just 2 prior owners, this home has been meticulously preserved to maintain original charm, with modern comforts for optimal enjoyment and functionality.
This is the perfect place for up to 20 guests to gather and enjoy all Stillwater has to offer!

This true Mid-Century Modern home sits on a large lot with mature trees. The spacious backyard + patio area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the fire pit.
The garage is fully furnished offering the ideal place for guests to play ping pong or Cornhole and watch TV before walking to an OSU sporting event.
Between the two living rooms, furnished garage, and large patio, there’s plenty of room for your group!
Don’t overlook the bookshelf - you’ll find historical gems like OSU Yearbooks from the 60’s!

Mid-Century Modern. Would be great for families. (Note: you need to walk thru one bedroom to get to another, but there is an exterior door to that bedroom). House was clean and host was very responsive.

Kids loved it!

We loved our stay here! It was in a great location for us and has a very cool retro mid-century vibe. My kids loved playing ping pong and watching movies on the gigantic TV. Hayleigh was a wonderful host and was quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely stay here again when we make it back to Oklahoma!

Great House

Came for a basketball game at Ok State. Great place, had everything we wanted. Older house that has been well cared for. Fun game room. Family loved it.

Great Weekend

The property is close to campus! The living area was large and great for entertaining family and game night. The home is older and we had a slight issue with air conditioning but property manager was quick to respond and correct the issue. We had a great time in this home.

Perfect place for family gathering

This home was completely perfect for our recent family gathering in Stillwater, OK. It was decorated so cute, had good quality linens and comfortable beds in the bedrooms, nice thick towels in the bathrooms, and everything you could need in the kitchen. The back yard was so pretty and included plenty of seating areas so people could visit comfortably. There were two really good-sized living rooms, so plenty of room for people to visit and relax inside as well. Everyone agreed that next time we’re coming in for a family gathering, we will want to stay there again. It was perfect!

Girls Golf Trip

The house was perfect for our group. We were 5 women golfers came to Stillwater to play in the Oklahoma Women’s State Amateur Golf Tournament. The house was very spacious with 3 different living areas, a dining area, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a deck, and a large backyard!. The house was very neat and clean; recently updated. The property manager was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for family wedding

Our daughter was getting married in Stillwater this weekend and we needed a home big enough to sleep our daughter, her bridesmaids, and some of our family. Hayleigh's home was a perfect fit for our needs. The cost was within our budget, slept a lot of people, had plenty of seating for meals, lots of storage, a nice backyard patio with table & chairs, and was very close to the St. John Catholic Student Center where our daughter was getting married. I reached out to Hayleigh a number of times before, during, and after our stay and she was very responsive usually replying in just a few minutes. There are several large TVs, several large sofas, and plenty of chairs. The Wi-Fi while we were there was excellent. We had a great stay in this VRBO and will likely stay there again for Cowboy football, OSU graduations, etc. I recommend it highly. A++++

You can find us around town at sporting events, dining locally, or walking our Miniature Dachshund ‘Wilson’. My professional background is in Property Management and Real Estate sales.
