This beautiful home features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 living areas, a spare bedroom/reading room, a sunroom, a newly remodeled kitchen, and a dining room. Families can gather outside on the large deck, the patio, or play together on the backyard swing set.
**Bedrooms**
The home boasts 3 separate bedrooms with 4 beds in total. We also offer 2 sofa beds to accommodate larger groups.
- Bedroom 1, the master bedroom, is the largest, featuring a king-sized memory foam bed, quality linens, a ceiling fan, a mirror, blackout curtains, a dresser, a nightstand with a side lamp, and a private deck offering lakeside views.
- Bedroom 2 features a queen-sized memory foam bed, quality linens, a ceiling fan, blinds, a dresser within the closet, a nightstand with a side lamp, and offers views of the backyard and side yard.
- Bedroom 3 features two twin beds that are combined to form a king-size bed, quality linens, a ceiling fan, blackout blinds, a lamp, and offers views of the backyard and back patio.
- The first sofa bed is located in the corner of living room 1. It has a spring mattress, can seat three people, and sleeps two people. The second sofa bed is located in the spare bedroom (labeled as Office 1). It has a memory foam mattress, can seat three people, and sleeps two people.
**Bathrooms**
The home is equipped with 2 full bathrooms, so there’s no need to wait around for your turn. Both bathrooms have a shower, bathtub, large sink, hairdryer, and ventilation fan. Make use of the provided soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and towels.
- Bathroom 1 is located upstairs and has shelving above the toilet for storage.
- Bathroom 2 is located downstairs and has shelving below the sink and a bidet toilet.
**Kitchen**
At the heart of the home lies a large, newly remodeled kitchen, seamlessly connected to the dining room, making it perfect for entertaining. Prepare anything from snacks to full meals in this well-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a large island with pendant lights hanging over. Appliances include a GE refrigerator (equipped with a drink drawer, chilling drawer, ice maker, water dispenser, and pull-out freezer), microwave, Bosch dishwasher, farmhouse deep sink, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a double oven and air fryer combo unit (electric range with exhaust fan).
The kitchen is stocked full of cooking accessories that include all types of glasses, bowls, cups, utensils, child-specific items (cups, utensils, trays), bakeware, pots, pans, grill accessories, knife sets, serving utensils, mugs, bar accessories, basic spices/seasonings, and pretty much anything you can think of!
**Dining Room**
The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen, featuring a table that seats six. It’s not only great for delicious dinners but also for game nights, so grab a game from the bookshelf. The dining room and kitchen offer views of the yard.
**Living Rooms**
The home offers 2 beautifully designed living rooms. Perfect for families and friends to come together, with ample seating and 55-inch TVs with Roku players.
- Living room 1 is equipped with a fireplace, two couches that seat a total of 6 guests, and a large screen television. One of the couches pulls out into a bed if needed. It features a dedicated children’s area with toys, books, games, a child-sized table, and a large, comfortable chair. This room gives views of the backyard and front porch.
- Living room 2 is equipped with overhead track lighting and features two leather couches that seat a total of 5 guests. For entertainment, besides the large TV, there is a foosball table, and a bookshelf loaded with books and board games. This room offers a view of the front yard.
**Spare bedroom (labeled as Office 1)**
This room was formerly used as an office. Now, guests can utilize this additional room to relax and rest. It features a comfortable sofa bed and is an ideal spot to catch up on some reading. Please note that it no longer has the monitor, desk, and chair shown in the pictures, as the sofa bed has replaced them.
**Sunroom**
This beautiful space is perfect for relaxing at any time of day, whether enjoying the sunrise or sunset or simply basking in the afternoon sunlight. This room features a chair, a few folding chairs, and a shoe rack. The room overlooks the front yard, road, and lake.
**Outside Space**
You will love the large outdoor deck, patio, and private backyard. The large backyard features a swing set for the kids. The deck features a coffee table and a larger dining table with chairs that seat up to 3, as well as an umbrella for shielding guests from the bright sun. The patio has three benches that can accommodate up to 6 people. For cookouts, there’s a propane Weber grill with a complete set of cooking utensils.
There is ample parking in the driveway (the garage is not available for parking). You can park up to 2 cars on the street if necessary.
There is a laundry room in the basement that guests are welcome to use if they are spending a significant amount of time at the home. It contains a washer and two dryers (only the LG dryer is available for guest use). Detergent and fabric sheets are provided.
For your safety, the house is equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, a fire ladder, flashlights, and a first aid kit. There is a security camera positioned at the front door and another overlooking the driveway. Refer to the digital guidebook for more information on the location of these items.
PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES BELOW BEFORE BOOKING A RESERVATION!
Note: Due to VRBO's character limit on the listing description, I had to omit some details about certain rules. If you book a reservation, you will receive a link to our digital guidebook. Go to the “Detailed House Rules” manual and read it. You must understand all the rules as I will refer to them if issues arise!
1. All guests must be accounted for in the reservation. This means all guests entering the home at any time count as guests. In other words, the definition of a guest is not limited to those planning on sleeping inside the unit but to all guests planning to be inside the unit at any given time. Any extra guests (unregistered guests) not disclosed before arrival may lead to the termination of the reservation.
2. If you are a local resident, please seek our pre-approval before booking a reservation. We reserve the right to deny bookings made by local guests since data shows that large gatherings and parties tend to occur when local guests use the residence.
3. Please note that we only release door codes to the person who booked the reservation.
4. No parties/events. We will know if these occur because we have outdoor video cameras and close relationships with our neighbors, who have been instructed to alert us if any parties are being held. If this happens, then we will immediately terminate your reservation, you will not be refunded any money, and furthermore, we will seek compensation for any damages found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.
5. Not for commercial use or special occasions without pre-approval (weddings, bachelor parties, birthdays, commercials, bridal showers, photoshoots, etc.).
6. Please note that this is a smoke-free/drug-free environment. You may smoke
outside the property if you are at least 15 feet away from the house. If we detect that smoking has occurred in the home, you will be charged for a deep cleaning of the home.
7. No excessive noise or loud music. Quiet hours run from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. If we receive complaints of loud noise, then your reservation will be terminated.
8. We have two security cameras placed outside the home. We have a camera overlooking the driveway and a doorbell camera monitoring the front door area. Therefore, we will see everyone who enters and leaves the home.
9. The maximum guest occupancy for the property is 10 guests.
10. Pets are not allowed in the unit. Unauthorized pets will incur a fee.
11. Firearms are not allowed in the house.
12. Mail is not allowed to be sent to the property.
13. Do not use the neighbor across the street's garbage/recycling bins or street parking spots. The neighbor has outdoor video cameras monitoring their garbage/recycling bins and parking spots. They will alert me if they are used, and you will be fined. If you are unsure which street parking spots and outdoor garbage bins are ours, refer to the digital guidebook, which contains written descriptions and pictures of these things.
14. Please leave the residence in a clean and tidy state.
15. Please ensure you check out on time to avoid a $50 late check-out fee. Unless otherwise discussed, any guest still in the residence after 12 p.m. will be charged for an extra night.
16. Guests are assured that the space will be in clean and working condition. No compensation will be given for non-working items outside of our control, including but not limited to power outages, internet outages, etc.
17. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring on the premises or their facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
