Nestled on the edge of the Sierra National Forest, this expansive 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath (read descriptions) estate is perfect for those seeking both outdoor adventure and luxurious comfort. One of our favorite features is the large 6-person hot tub set on a spacious deck with lounge chairs and seating areas, perfect for soaking under the stars. Stroll through the orchard where scenic walking trails begin, or challenge friends to a friendly match on the oversized, natural wood ping pong table. You’ll also find multiple spots to grill and dine al fresco, including a propane BBQ and additional outdoor seating areas.

Step inside the main house to discover a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stovetop, double-door refrigerator, microwave, and rice cooker, plus a wine fridge and popcorn machine to elevate your stay. We absolutely love the coffee stations, which offer two types of coffee makers (Keurig-style and full-pot), a milk frother, water warmer, and steamer ensuring an awesome cup of coffee at any time of day. For added fun, the house boasts a Foosball table, a cozy great room fireplace, and a dining space for eight, complete with barstool seating. Each full bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover, a hairdryer, and plush towels for your convenience. Don’t forget to look up in the master bedroom at night, where hundreds of glow-in-the-dark stars provide a magical touch.

An enchanting lifted patio sits on the property, offering its own bedroom, a downstairs indoor/outdoor bathroom, and an outdoor bathtub for a unique, under-the-sky bathing experience. This treetop retreat even has its own coffee station, so you can savor your morning brew amid the forest canopy. So beautiful and relaxing-so much room, hot tub was a big hit! Absolutely loved it!!!

Our group of 13 - siblings with our mostly grown young adult kids and two teens,loved our stay here. We grilled, made smores on the fire pit, enjoyed the hot tub. The newlyweds in our group loved the privacy of the cute tree house. We made two day trips to the Yosemite Valley and had a blast at Bass Lake one day. The young people dressed up cute and took beautiful sunset photos on the balcony deck. We popped popcorn and watched movies from the comfy couches. The host Brittany was very responsive. Everything about this stay was excellent. Thank you Brittany for creating such an amazing place to create lasting memories.

Property is beautiful ,and very well equipped with upscale furnishings throughout . Close to Oakhurst in 8 minutes drive, takes 80 minutes on the ongoing winding road to the tunnel view in Yosemite. Wishing had more time to stay and enjoy in this nice vacation home

This house was very nice. It had plenty of room. The tree house was so cute. The house was clean. The location was nice but it was much further to Yosemite Valley than expected. We had a great time staying here.

A Wonderful Getaway

We booked this place to celebrate my husband’s 40th. The host was super nice and communicative. The place itself is massive and gorgeous. I loved that it isn’t too far from where we live but it felt like a distant getaway. The amenities of the fire pit and hot tub were a great addition on a chili spring day. The view from the balcony make for great photo backdrop. Overall my stay was great! I want to come back with my children too as I feel they would enjoy it as well!

The host was great, speedy response to my questions and overall, great with communications/instructions for check-in/out. The place/home is lovely, nice view however, it's very hidden and the drive/road scary when dark. A hidden gem has everything you need. The WiFi stopped working/kicked us out Sat. evening after we came back from all day exploring which was a bummer. The 3rd bdroom, with the trundle bed, when my son lay-down he pointed out cupcakes under the bed, when I looked, you could see that it had not been cleaned from who knows when, previous stay. We didn't have cupcakes. I didn't go around looking under the beds, but the cleaning crew really needs to do more detail cleaning under beds/couches. Other than that, it was great.

Weekend getaway

We loved the game room with coffee bar (stocked). Hot tub was is awesome. Sad that we couldn’t get the fire pit going. We had a total of 13 with 6 kids and there was just enough room for sleeping. Extra towels would’ve been nice, but there was plenty of blankets and pillows. Pleasant surprise bonus was the master bedroom has it’s own little Mini kitchen and table with chairs. Only other thing that was weird. Was trying to find the light switch isn’t to turn the lights on and off. Sometimes it was not very intuitive.

Horrible experience! Lack of communication!!!

We drove 9 hours to celebrate my wifes birthday and our wedding anniversary , we waited for several hours outside the property calling the owner to get access to the property but she never picked up, it was getting dark and I was with my 7 year old daughter, my 83 yr old mother in law and the rest of my family. we ended up getting another place to stay. Britney texted me 4hrs later acting like nothing happen(check in was at 4pm and she texted me 10 min before 8pm)she didn’t even apologize for the lack of communication and having to make us wait. Mind you I even messaged her and tried to call her during the week leading up to my days reserved and she never replied. This place could have been an awesome experience because it had a lot to offer, but in the end it ended up being a day of frustration And having to watch my daughter cry all because a message wasn’t sent early enough to avoid all this. And before the lack of signal is mentioned I had signal on my phone and was getting alerts so that wasn’t a problem for me. I read another review mentioning the lack of communication because they also got the access code after their check in time and that was a red flag for me but i gave Brittney the benefit of the doubt. If your considering this property please be aware that you might not get the access code right away and won’t hear from host until several hours after the original check in time.

Half dome 2x

10 of us total with one day of overlap and we could have had more time together. Everything was great. The hot tub was great. The kitchen was nice. Everyone was almost set up the way is like to have it in my own home. My only complaint about this place, which is because I'm a sleep snob, is the polyester sheets... but if that's my only issue then you know it's great spot. Would defo stay again.

Surrounded by mountains!!

This place is simply amazing, it has everything you will every need for a quick getaway or a longer stay. The house is very clean all throughout, the deck area and the Jacuzzi was the perfect place to relax after a long day of hiking at Yosemite NP. The place is so quiet at all times that it makes you feel that you're the only one on that hill. There were a few things that were not working as expected like the fridge was not making any ice, the BBQ grill was very dirty, and the AC unit did not seem to want to keep up in the 100+ degree weather. Nonetheless, we had a great time and would definitely consider staying at this place again. Thanks for sharing your place with our family.

Great weekend for trips to bass and yosemite.

The house and property was awesome! Everything was thoughtfully put together and it had everything we needed. The only thing is that there was no where near enough toilet paper for how many people this house can sleep.

Little slice of paradise

We had such an amazing stay at this perfect home. Super clean with plenty of bedding and pillows for the whole family. Fully stocked kitchen and incredible views. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Property

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views! Surrounded by trees you feel part of nature. It was very peaceful and quiet. The property is a short drive from Yosemite Park Entrance or the town of Oakhurst. Host was very kind. Response time to questions were not always prompt. Note, if you are traveling a long distance to the property, the host will only give check in information at check in time, not prior. We truly recommend this place.
