Our studio features a queen sized bed, love seat sofa and free parking on premises Professional cleaning done for each stay. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space!

Foothills Hideaway #2 is where you want to be! Freshly remodeled studio with a kitchen and bathroom, our home is waiting to please. It comes fully equipped with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay!

KITCHEN: Freshly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including gas stove top, over the range microwave, 24inch refrigerator and toaster. Stocked with all the basic essentials: pots, pans, dishware, silverware, Keurig, blender, starter spices, coffee and tea.

SLEEPING AREA: Consists of a queen size memory foam, pressure relieving mattress, down feather pillows and plush pillows, black out curtains, closet and full lenth mirror.

BATHROOM: Equipped with essential toiletries including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, hand towel, hair dryer and first aid kit.

LIVING AREA: Large cozy open space concept with a 55 inch Smart TV with all streaming apps and Netflix included.

PARKING AREA: Free parking available for 1 car on premises. Please do not street park Monday-Friday between 7am-8pm and every night between 2am-4am as you will be given a ticket of $51.

AC/HEAT: Mini Split system installed in the studio.

WASHER/DRYER: Located outside of the studio under patio. Starter detergent provided.

INTERNET: We have high speed internet with 500mbps. Fast wifi for video conference calls, streaming internet and TV.

You will have access to the entire unit all to yourself! Keyless entry for self check in. Once you are ready to check in, we will send you a code for your door. You will utilize the same code for your entire stay. The backyard is shared between the second unit and the garage is used for our personal storage that guests are not allowed access to. We live in a quiet neighborhood so please be respectful of them and mindful of noise levels.

IMPROTANT: Early check-in requests and late check-out requests need to be approved through us and are NOT guaranteed.

PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: Please be respectful of our neighborhood. We live in a quiet community so we require that guests avoid any loud music, parties or hosting large groups. Violation of this will result in cancellation of the reservation without any refund and guests will be asked to immediately vacate the property.

PETS: We LOVE furry animals, but please be respectful of the property and note that pets are NOT allowed on the furniture so if you are traveling with your furbaby, please bring pet bedding. We have a refundable pet deposit fee of $200 and a cleaning fee of $125 which will be collected prior to your stay.

NUMBER OF GUESTS: No outside guests are allowed. Only the number of people in your booking are allowed in the home. Please verify the amount of people you select in the reservation.

By making a reservation for this residence, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the house rules. You also accept personal liability for any injuries that may occur during your stay at the property. Furthermore, you commit to maintaining the premises in a satisfactory condition and taking financial responsibility for any missing, damaged, or broken items.
