Mientras suites de playa con orientación se adapte a los madrugadores, esta unidad junto al lago cuenta con lo mejor de lo mejor: un valor excepcional y una puesta de sol. Precioso balcón con mesa en el patio con capacidad para 6 para esas hermosas noches para comer o relajarse al aire libre mientras disfruta de las muchas vistas.

Una gran cocina, encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos nuevos y armarios abundantes son algunas de las inclusiones generosas. Todos los utensilios de cocina se ofrece también, y los supermercados están a un corto trayecto en coche.

Meta en la noche para tres cómodas habitaciones: una suite principal con una cama king y baño privado, un dormitorio de matrimonio y un tercero con una reina también. Todas las habitaciones disponen de pantalla plana t. v '.s y el cable.

The pool was very nice and close, we enjoyed that a lot. The host was great, however the cleanliness was subpar. We found marijuana joints all over the lanai in the corners, a perfume bottle was left in one of the bed sheets, the jacuzzi tub was pretty dirty (we had to clean it out before using it, we found trash under two of the beds. The floors were a good bit sandy too. The condo and location were fantastic but the cleaning needs a closer look. Thanks for everything.

Perfect weekend stay!

This condo was the best find for us! We were in Palm Coast for our daughter’s beach wedding, and this was the perfect home base. We had everything we needed, with added perks like a short walk to the beautiful beach plus two pools and a poolside restaurant. The condo itself was very clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The large airy patio was another unexpected perk, as it looked out over a lagoon. Everything exceeded our expectations and made our fun but hectic weekend much more relaxing than if we had stayed in a hotel. Also the location of the development itself was well situated. Great host communication too. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

Immaculate and Amazing Location

From start to finish this place was outstanding! The property manager was kind, prompt and so helpful! The place was absolutely spotless, easy to access with the code, the view of the pond is extremely relaxing especially with the sound of waves crashing in the background. There are plenty of towels inthe hall closet for pool/ beach use! The residents in the neighborhood are SO nice as well! The pool that leads to the beach is called the "quiet" pool (more geared twds adults) which was awesome for us bc we stayed here with our adult children so it was nice. There is a pool immediately across the street with a beautiful view of the pond where I saw parents with smaller children going. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and pretty much private. We would 100% stay here again!!

Very nice. Had everything we needed. Only bad thing is we couldn’t figure out bedroom TVs and there were no directions Took a while to figure our living room tv as well. Would be helpful to have step by step directions since everybtv is a little different

Could have been better

Condo was clean and decor was nice. However, sliding glass door was filthy black where you had to grab it to open/close, mismatch of daylight and soft white bulbs throughout even in same fixtures, (I know, OCD) air conditioner vents were rusted, batteries corroded in some of the TV remotes and broken shower head in hall bath. Reported this to property manager and response was “Sorry about these minor inconveniences, hope you were able to have a good stay.” Really?

Lovely respite

My husband and I have visited many areas of Florida through the years, but only recently discovered Palm Coast. We visited in June with family and returned in October and brought our dog once we discovered how pet friendly Cinnamon Beach is. This condo is lovely and extremely accommodating—I have no complaints at all and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The condo was just as said. The pools were excellent. Our A/C wasn't working properly but the host offered to move us. We weren't unbearably hot so we chose to stay since we were only there a couple of days and we were out of the unit most of the time anyway.

Family Summer Vacation

The management team does a great job at responding quickly to any questions, accommodated last minute changes to our parking info, and kept is up to date on our check in time and any requests made about it. The unit was clean and included more beach accessories than was listed, which was a nice surprise. Property is beautiful and well maintained, used both pools and beach accesses. The Grille located at they lakeside pool had good options for the kids to eat and plenty of drink options for parents. Close to grocery stores and good food, highly recommend Bronx House Pizza.

Nice community, short walk to beach

Condo was nice and as advertised. It’s a quiet community with friendly neighbors. We enjoyed the pools and poolside grill/bar. Beach is very close by, but we were not aware of the large rocks at the beach that basically prevent you from getting in the ocean. If you just want to walk on the beach, it’s fine, but families with children that love to play in the ocean may be disappointed.

Beautiful Palm Coast

We had a great time here. This apartment has 3 bedrooms with great set ups. We did not want twin beds!!! The beds were very comfortable. Loved that I could cook in the kitchen. I brought my own crock pot. I pre-planned meals and brought the spices I would need for them...from Texas! Worked out great. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. Great balcony with table and chairs to enjoy your meals or morning coffee. Got to see turtles, alligators, and a snake in the lake below. Plenty of towels and loved having a Washer and Dryer in the apartment. Easy access to the Beach and the pools are close by. We did have two issues, that were taken care of the SAME DAY!! Melanie and the service team were wonderful to deal with. I have stayed in hotels all over the USA and have had some horrible experiences. That was not the case here. Stuff happens, but it's how companies deal with it that matter the most. This was definitely an A+ experience. Centrally Located to the Alligator Farm, Saint Augustine Lighthouse, and Daytona... could not get in all we wanted to see.

Great Condo

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and well appointed with all necessary items for our vacation. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and roomy. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the alligators, turtles and fish in the pond. The location of the condo is close to the beach - very short walk. The pools are a little longer walk or a short drive around the corner. Communication with the property manager was swift and outstanding.

No AC in July

Received incorrect welcome email and walked into the wrong, and very occupied, condo of another guest. So embarrassing! Agent got us the correct unit number and code quickly after a phone call. The AC broke the first night. Workers in and out of the condo for two days, often while my young daughters were showering after the beach/pool. No privacy! AC never worked the whole trip. Offered to vacate but as this was the ONLY family trip we had planned all summer, we opted to suffer through the heat. Fortunately we only stayed 3 days because the repair person said the repair would take an additional 3-5 days. The agent Melanie is the only reason this is not a 1 star review. We have used VRBO many times and this is by far the worst experience we have ever had!

Great spot to hang at beach

Lovely, clean, but very simplified. Sometimes these places have left over soap, toilet paper, ketchup etc. This had the toilet paper on the roll and no excess anything besides spices in cabinet. Not the place to hang and watch a movie, but if you're a family on the go between the beach and pool, you'll be set.
