Brand new 5 bedroom, 3 full bath home in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. (2) sleeper sofas (memory foam mattresses) in basement accommodate 4 more guests. We sleep 14 comfortably. All linens, towels and toiletries are included. Kitchen is fully equipped, including spices and essentials at your disposal. Our kitchen/eating area can seat 14, plus. Enjoy large gathering spaces indoors and outdoors. Large basement with shuffleboard, darts and 70" TV. The deck has great views of mountains and farmland and has a propane fire pit and seating for 12. Driveway can accommodate 5 cars. Our home is waiting to welcome you, your family & friends! Parties are not allowed without permission. There are ring cameras at the front/back of property for security reasons, but not inside. Our local area, also known as Happy Valley, includes Penn State University, Downtown State College, Historic Bellefonte, Fishing in Spring Creek-Fisherman's Paradise, Tussey Mountain/Skiing, Bald Eagle State Park, Golfing and ATV riding. We are a 12 minute drive to Beaver Stadium, Bryce Jordan Center, Pegula Ice Arena and Jeffrey Field. Come Stay with us!

The house is great. Feels like it's a brand new home. Very clean. Feels a lot larger than the pictures show. Some of the bedrooms are small but the basement, the deck and the kitchen/family room were all great living spaces.

Great stay ! Just Perfect!

We rented this great property for a wedding . 13 of us stayed here for 3 days . We had ample space for everyone. Enjoyed our time together . Much better experience than it would have been if everybody had gone to a hotel Well stocked to say the least ! The host has thought of every little thing Beautiful location in the mountains and greenery

Top notch place

We were in town working at Penn State and this place checked all the boxes. Clean, comfortable beds and linens, all the kitchen necessities, lots of room and a responsive host. I would absolutely stay here again!

So great we stayed here twice

We stayed at this place on back to back trips to the State College area. Really clean, great beds, spacious, kitchen has everything needed and a great host! If I am in the area this will be my first place to look!

We had an amazing stay here, and we will definitely be back. The owner was helpful, and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, open, easy to access, and both far enough away and close enough to Penn State. I highly recommend this house.

This was our 2nd year in a row staying here with a group of young wrestlers and parents for a local tournament. House is great and meets all our needs. Looking forward to next year!

Penn State game weekend

Don’t think twice booking this beautiful home for your next visit to State College! The home was perfect for our group of 12 and the thoughtfulness of the homeowner is evident from the second you arrive. The home is immaculate and an easy drive to Beaver Stadium!

Fantastic for a PSU Football Weekend.

This property was absolutely perfect! The location is very convenient to Penn State, and it's a very spacious layout. Great kitchen/family room area and also basement for entertaining. The owner - Michelle - was extremely responsive and great to work with. Everything was "as advertised". We are!

Lovely home away from home

We came in for a memorial service in Bellefonte. There were three family groups and this house was perfect for 13 of us and other family visiting. With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, back patio and bonus room made for ample space for our group. Beautiful home with all of the amenities . We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Penn State Reunion

It was a great place to get together with old friends from Penn State - some we had not seen in decades. Everything was as stated - we enjoyed the big kitchen, deck, and the basement/game room was great with the shuffleboard and darts for the evenings. Excellent stay and a very good value. The host answered our couple of questions very quickly. Thank you !

Lovely mountain top view beautiful home 4 main level bathrooms with 2 bathrooms and downstairs bathroom, bedroom and game/rec room. Plenty of rooms for everyone. Lovely host communicates quickly to answer questions. Great location to town and Penn State Every amenity possible even provided Cell phone and watch chargers!!!

Simply Superb

We really enjoyed our stay at this house, a group of 14 including parents and teenagers. Everyone who entered the house said wow this is such a beautiful house and wanted to come back and stay here again. This place is way better than it looks in the pictures, very clean, well maintained and nice smelling. It has everything you could ask for. I could not find a single thing that was missing or bad. Not to mention I was surprised to find fairly high quality toileteries in the house. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Swim family weekend

We had a great time staying at here for a long weekend for a swim meet weekend at Penn State’s outdoor pool. Really easy to get to and from campus. The house was spacious and accommodated our group of two families well. It was a hot weekend so unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor deck. Well stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend.

Simply Fantastic

This was the nicest VRBO we have had. Very nice and well equipped down to the smallest detail. The five bedrooms were all nice and comfortable while the great room and the downstairs bonus room gave everyone space. The kitchen had everything. Communication with Michelle was excellent. I highly recommend this home for any family get-together. We will be back for sure.

Fabulous home!

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation. There were 8 of us, and we were completely comfortable. The house is well stocked with everything you might need, from plenty of towels and toilet paper, to condiments and spices, to a-tips and bandaids! The basement is great for hanging out, with comfy couches and a dartboard and shuffle board. If we have a reason to return to State College, we will definitely stay here again!
