Great place to stay

Very convenient to everything. Communication with host was fast and easy. Just as described in website and pool was a big success with the teens. Will stay there again when we go back to San Antonio.

Great house for a good price!

My recent 3-day stay at this house was fantastic! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions but still in a quiet neighborhood. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway

Beautiful and welcoming

This property is very beautiful. The host was really attentive for any of our needs and accommodations. It has a beautiful pool with a slide. I would definitely recommend spending your trip/vacation in this welcoming home.

Rented for the pool, couldnt use it.

We had several issues with our stay, starting from the minute we arrived. The cleaning person and pool maintenance were both on the premises beyond our check in time. I let the host know I would have my infant with me who loves to swim. The pool was the primary reason for our reservation. The pool maintenance personnel had to add several chemicals to the water including chlorine and aglae treatment. At that point the water was a bit hazy and still had a green tint. He said we should wait a couple hours for everything to stabilize. After several hours, the water quality had not improved. It could not be used that day. The next day it looked worse. Clumps of algae as well as leaves, bugs, etc had blown on to the water surface. It was obvious the water wasnt circulating. We found the plumbing for pump and filter had been removed. The open pipes had tennis balls stuffed in them. Chemcials can not circulate without circulating equipment. Over our stay the water continued to become greener and gather debris. There was no way I could put myself or my child into the water. The pool was unuseable to for duration of our stay. The sinks in the house also had poor drainage. The cleaner poured draino into the kitchen sink prior to leaving the first day, but it was only a patch for that problem. The bathrook sink was almost unusable. I notified the host of issues on the first day and while I received responses, no solutions were offered or provided.

Big and spacious for a big group

The owner was quick to answer my questions as we checked in. He accommodated us with a big pot to boil pasta for our stay right after checking in which was very accommodating. I did leave him of list of things to have for others who would be cooking as it did not have the normal cookware it was very minimal for individual and not a family to cook pasta . I suggested he have normal condiments and toiletries. Suggested to go to a dollar store so it’s affordable. Because we did not have soap or sponges to wash dishes or for pods for dish washer and it required we do not leave dirty dishes. Having the items there so guest does not need to go to the store to buy it. Home was very comfortable for us stay we did not get to use the outdoor areas but it was a big spacious yard.

The Wedding

Rented for my daughters wedding, with family and friends coming in from all over the country, this was a perfect place. Pictures are perfect, owner was super responsive, the VRBO process was easy. Great location, 15 minutes from airport, and downtown

Anthony was wonderful

The stay was pleasant , anthony very communicative and workedw with me in all the details for my event. I did encounter a few cleanliness issue but i know its not the host problem but the cleaning company, however Anthony was very responsive with those issues. I will absolutely be using this property again in the future .

Great place

Anthony was communicating all through the stay and house had everything needed like a own home. Very spacious and clean. Separate play area with games and office desk was perfect !
