Walk just around the corner to Mokulē‘Ia Beach. This is indoor, outdoor living at its best. Sliding doors open up the living room to the outside. Swimming pool with waterslide and waterfall. Outdoor cabana with two BBQ grills, two mini-fridges, an ice maker, and bar seating for everyone. Outdoor sectional with a large TV for watching your favorite sports. The pool can be heated for an additional $100 a night on top of the nightly rate.
The main house has six bedrooms and four baths. Large open living, dining, and kitchen area for entertaining everyone. A separate cottage with one bedroom and one bath is located on the backside of the property. The property is only a few minutes walks to white sandy beaches

Close to Historic Haleiwa town with restaurants, shopping, and art galleries. Haleiwa harbor has boating charters for all types of adventures.

This is the countryside of the island so you will need a car to get around. There is parking for up to five cars.

A rental agreement will be issued and all guests must be listed on the rental agreement. This is due before guests can stay at the property. It will be emailed to you after your reservation is made.

IMPORTANT: This property will be reserved for exclusive use for a period of 30 days regardless of the guest's actual occupancy. This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time. Please contact the management company for details on bookings and for any questions.
GENERAL: The following are the terms and conditions applicable to this agreement for the rental of this property provided or listed
with Owner. The amount paid by Guest is for the Nightly Rate, departure Cleaning Fee, processing fees and taxes and
Security/Damages Deposit as indicated below.
RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS: This Reservation Confirmation/Vacation Rental Agreement (“Agreement” or “Rental
Agreement”), must be completed, signed and submitted by the prospective guest to Agent within three (3) days of the date the
Agreement was issued (“Date Issued”).
LAND USE ORDINANCE COMPLIANCE: In accordance with City and County of Honolulu Land Use
Ordinance 19‐18 (“Ordinance”), this Property is provided to you, exclusively, for a period of 30 consecutive
days or greater (“Rental Period”) as required by the Ordinance. You are electing to occupy this Property for
the exact days outlined in the booking details (“Occupancy Period”), should you want to occupy it for
additional days beyond the Occupancy Period but within the Rental Period you may do so for an additional
agreed upon fee. Should you want to occupy the Property for additional days outside the Rental Period it
will depend on availability of the Property and will require an additional agreed upon fee. Should you elect to
revise/cancel a portion of your reservation resulting in a Rental Period of less than 30 days this Rental
Agreement will be treated as a cancellation of the entire Agreement and follow the Guest Cancellation and
Refunds section below. If a cancellation request is communicated to Agent during the Rental Period that will
result in a Rental Period of less than 30 consecutive days it will be treated as a failure to meet obligations by
the Guest as described in Guest Cancellation and Refunds section below and this Rental Agreement will be
terminated in order to comply with this Ordinance, no refund shall be provided for the remaining days of the
Rental Period up until the 30th day of the Rental Period in order to comply with this Ordinance. Any increase
in the occupancy should be mutually agreed to in writing prior. By law, the Property cannot be rented to or
occupied by other tenants during any portion of the Rental Period other than Registered Guests. For
clarification, you may have guests that occupy the Property with you during your stay, subject to the
restrictions stated in this Rental Agreement and said guests become registered with Agent prior to their
arrival.
OCCUPANCY: This booking confirms accommodation and the rate as specified below (“Nightly Rate”) is based upon the number of
guests and nights as indicated below. ALL PERSONS STAYING AT THIS VACATION HOME MUST BE REGISTERED
(“REGISTERED GUEST(S)”). Any changes in occupancy will affect the rate and must be authorized. If the number of guests is
exceeded without prior written permission, there will be an additional fee per person, per day. Social gatherings such as
weddings, receptions and other events are not allowed. ONLY REGISTERED GUEST ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
CLEANING: The Guest will be responsible for the cost of post‐departure cleaning fee as specified below (“Cleaning
Fee”). Additional maid service can be arranged at extra cost and must be lined up before arrival.
SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: This reservation includes a security deposit as referenced below (“Security/Damage Deposit”). Guest
shall provide a Security/Damage Deposit to guarantee payment for any property damage or loss, any long‐distance telephone or fax
bills, and/or excessive cleaning (as determined by housekeeper upon Guest’s departure). Telephones in a rental unit are for your
convenience, however, any long‐distance telephone or fax calls will be charged against your Security/Damage Deposit. The
Security/Damage Deposit is returned to Guest once the Guest has vacated the property, less deductions for any of the aforementioned
items, with a written summary of all deductions within (14) fourteen days of Guest’s Departure.




RENTAL PROPERTY CONDITIONS AND DISCLOSURES: Guest understands that Property Owner and Agent shall not permit the
rental of the Property to Guest unless Guest understands, agrees to and adheres to the following conditions and disclosures:
‐ Smoking is not permitted on the Property, including but not limited to inside the home or on the premises. In Hawaii we live with our
windows open and neighbors do not want to smell smoke.
‐ Pets are not permitted on the Property without prior written approval of Agent.
‐ If you booked a beachfront house condition change year‐round that affect the sand in front of the Property. We cannot guaranty
the condition because weather and ocean swells are unpredictable and do change the amount of sand located in front of the
Property. No refunds will be issue because of these changing conditions of the sand located at the front of the Property. Sometime
conditions can make it unsafe to access beach from Property and you might have to use the closest public access.
‐ If any equipment, mechanical device or home feature becomes inoperable, Guest shall promptly inform Agent. The Property,
Owner, caretaker or Property manager will make every reasonable effort to correct any problems, but such condition shall not
change this Rental Agreement or the stated Nightly Rate. We try our best to make sure everything is in working order but
sometimes issue come up and service will need to be scheduled. Service and repair can take up to two weeks. Because we are
on an island parts and replacements can take up to six weeks.
‐Guest must immediately notify Agent of any damage to Property as a result of fire, flood, acts of nature, or mechanical failure.

‐ Guest shall promptly inform Agent of any Property items included with the Property that becomes lost or broken, including but not
limited to audio/visual equipment, computer equipment, artwork, decorative items, and appliances.
‐ Guest shall follow the written instructions on the care and use of the home furnished upon check‐in, including the proper use of the
home’s facilities and equipment. Guest may be held liable for damages to equipment such as the air conditioning system or other repair
expenses caused by failure to abide by the written instructions given to them upon arrival.
‐ If the property has a gym, pool or spa, the Guest shall not allow unsupervised children under the age of 18 to use the gym, pool,
spa or any other equipment and shall supervise all Guests’ and visitors’ use at all times. Guest understands that child safety fencing is
not provided on the Property. Guest shall be held responsible and liable for the safety and acts of all family and Guests while staying at
the Property.
‐ Guest recognizes and acknowledges that although reasonable efforts are made to portray the property accurately, specific furniture
and interior items and landscaping may vary from photographs of the Property.
‐ Any complaint from the Guest concerning the weather, climate, neighborhood, location or other qualities of the Property
will not be grounds for a refund of all or any part of the payments by Guest. The Agent may base upon reasonable cause, consider and
grant refunds, in full or in part, depending upon the nature and extent of the circumstances involved and the nature of the Guest's
complaints subject to confirmation by Owner.
‐ The Property is located in a residential area, and Guest is advised that excessive noise may disturb neighbors and may be grounds for
eviction.
