Meticulous Beach House

Meticulously maintained and fully stocked beach house 1 block from the beach. House is beautiful and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We were 4 adults, 3 teems and 1 9 yo and were all comfortable and had a wonderful stay. Owners are gracious and communiative. Highly recommend!!!

Home away from Home

Home away from home. This beautifully decorated home is perfectly located one block from Bradley Beach and includes all the amenities. Beach chairs. Boogey boards. Bicycles. Gas grill and so much more. Our family and friends truly enjoyed all aspects of this spacious home, from coffee on the porch in the morning to cocktails in the evening on the upstair balcony. The owners were more than accommodating and answered any questions within minutes. I have been vacationing at Bradley Beach for many years and this beach house is truly a gem!

Ideal family beach house

Beautiful home!

This house is absolutely stunning! We were 4 couples and we fit comfortably. The owner met at the house shortly after we arrived and showed us around and she was absolutely lovely. I definitely recommend this property and would rent again.

Great Find for a Family Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful week here with our family, which included babies and a toddler. Great spaces for everyone to eat, sleep and relax. Easy access to ocean was a delight enjoyed by all, and the owner’s thoughtfulness in providing badges, chairs and beach buggy was truly appreciated. Agneta is a helpful and responsive host truly sensitive to the needs of guests. A lovely home in a lovely area of the beach!

A wonderful week at the beach

This home was everything you see in the pictures and so much more. It is so well cared for and every nook and cranny has charm and character, along with all the modern amenities you could ever want. Agneta, the home owner, was so lovely to work with and has thought of every last detail to make your stay truly relaxing. We fell in love with the home and Bradley! Very nice home and location

Very nice place to stay. Location near beach is excellent and Bradley Beach and neighboring towns are lovely. Agneta is a wonderful host and she made sure that we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Extended Family Getaway

What a terrific house, host and location! With very special relatives visiting us from Germany, my family and I rented this pristine house, and we had the most wonderful time. We ranged in age from 4 to 80 years old, and there was truly something for everyone. The house has so many rooms and nooks to gather, chat, play games, eat together or spread out, and a favorite spot for many was the custom chess table with its hand-carved chess pieces (second only to the breakfast nook in the kitchen - what a gem!). There are linens, towels and blankets galore, and we had more than enough of everything. And although the weather largely didn't cooperate while we were there, there is a great collection of bicycles and beach toys in the basement. The house is a 90-second walk to the beach and boardwalk, and the boardwalk has been lovingly restored and is such a treat. Agneta was so gracious throughout the process and could not have been more accommodating. By the end of the week, I felt like I had made a new friend. If we ever find ourselves again in need of a house this size, this will absolutely be our first choice. A million thanks for a wonderful family retreat!

Bright, airy, just like home

Simple touches upon arrival (fresh roses in vases, bottle of wine, cold water in the fridge) made the experience seem well-thought out and made it that much more enjoyable. Hostess was polite and agreeable, pointed out the most obvious questions, was easily accessible. No problems and we had a great family reunion weekend, steps from the beach! The house was spotless and appeared well cared for. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Was a lovely home and had an enjoyable stay!

It was a great house for enjoying the beach and area of Bradley Beach. Loved the light airy feeling and it was very comfortable and nicely decorated. (Well equipped, too. ) Owner was very friendly and helpful.

Memorable Family Gathering

This beautiful house provided a comfortable & spacious location for our large family to enjoy Thanksgiving weekend together. The kitchen had everything we needed to create a beautiful dinner and the fireplace and pretty decor only added to the experience. House is spacious with bedrooms that have beautiful bedding and incredible views. You can't beat the location and we were close to all that the Jersey Shore has to offer. We all will have special memories thanks to our time spent in this home and the owner Agneta could not have been nicer and more accommodating. We will definitely be back.

gracious, comfortable, family sized home in super location, one block from the beach.

This is our second year renting this lovely, comfortable, well equipped and beautifully decorated home. The location is ideal, one block from the beach and lake plus walking distance to town. Everything you might need is supplied and the owners are so nice to work with. We will do this again next summer, it's perfect.

I cannot express how wonderful my family beach vacation was at this beautiful property.

We had 3 generations of our family together all week. The house is spacious and has something for everyone. Comes equipped with absolutely everything you may need: beach chairs, Boogie boards, towels, games..you name it they had it. The owners are very accommodating and responsive. Sunsets on the deck and mornings on the porch were very relaxing. Thanks for a great week!

Beautiful, spacious, light-filled home.

We had a fantastic beach week at this home. The weather didn't really cooperate, so we spent a lot of time gathered around the large dining room table playing games. The house was so comfortable that it made up for the bad weather. We had a very large party at the house and there was room for everyone. We would stay here again in a heart beat. Loved it!!

Beautiful Beach Home!

We loved this home! It has views of the ocean and lake from many rooms of the house. My favorite was sitting in the window seat in the living room with all the pillows and seeing the ocean. The rooms are large unlike other places we have stayed at the shore, from the grand main hallway to the large dinning room and living room. Our teenagers loved the second floor den. It was a comfortable place for them to hang out and it has great views also. The side porch is also so relaxing with a great breeze. It also has a wonderful backyard. The house was equipped with everything you need for a great stay. We would absolutely consider staying here again!

The owner met us and gave us a tour informing us where everything was and answered our questions. She was available by phone and text if we had any questions. We would like to stay there again in the future.

Most amazing family trip!

We cannot thank you enough for such a beautiful family trip. We came in from San Francisco to celebrate our future son with our East Coast family. The house was a perfect fit for my family and in-laws to stay at including ourselves. We enjoyed the large dining room that accommodated our hefty group as well as the generous amount of firewood that allowed us to keep a fire going daily. We truly had the best time and were only a text message away from the owners if we needed anything. We can't wait to come back in the summer with our little boy and family to enjoy another reunion together. So much love, Mark and Allie xoxo

Perfect home, Perfect location!

Our family spent the most delightful vacation in the most comfortable and gracious home. The location was ideal, one block from the beach, one block to the lake and walking distance from town. We found a veritable sporting goods store in the basement with bikes galore, beach equipment, extra chairs for inside and out and everything one might need to have fun in the sun. The side porch was a favorite place to gather, made private with lovely shrubs and comfortable seating. The yard provided the little ones a safe haven for playing ball and blowing bubbles. The house itself is just lovely and the decor is beachy, bright and tasteful. We found everything we needed at our fingertips. The family consensus was that we would love to come back again. Bradley Beach was so much fun with many restaurants, a good ice cream shop and a fabulous bakery. Thank you, thank you for making our family vacation perfect!

Wonderul family vacation home!

My family and I recently rented this gorgeous home in Bradley. The house has more than enough room to accommodate a large family and the house is beautifully appointed. The home is a block from the beach and you can see the ocean from the house. We enjoyed the side porch with ocean views and the large fenced in yard. There were lots to do nearby in Bradley, Ocean Grove, Asbury. My daughter fell in love with bath time in the claw foot tub. The owners were very helpful and we would not hesitate to rent this house again or to recommend it to others looking to rent. The home, yard, proximity to the beach, everything was just wonderful. It was a perfect vacation.

GORGEOUS HOME, PERFECT VACATION!!

My family spent an amazing week in this incredibly charming and spacious home. The home is beautifully maintained , welcoming, and spotless. The quiet location and large yard are ideal for a family vacation, and everything you could possibly need is at your disposal. Our favorite places to relax were the side porch and balcony, with beautiful ocean views and rocking chairs. The owner is extremely accommodating and genuinely cares about providing the best stay possible. I cannot give enough positive feedback about this rental, except to say that it was an exceptional home and beach vacation. We truly did not want to leave! I highly recommend this property without hesitation. Thank you, Agneta, for helping to make our vacation a fabulous and memorable one.

A wonderful Spring break!

We love the house. It's only a few step to the shore. We enjoyed walking, running and biking along the beach. The house is great. It's clean, spacious and warmly. It has everything we needed. All the utilities worked good. Our family will never forget such a wonderful Spring break!

We are an American/Swedish married couple who rent our beach house in Bradley Beach. David is from New Jersey and I am from Sweden. We met in Sweden 30 years ago. This house is our first house and we love it. We hope that you will enjoy the house and the proximity to the beach as much as we do!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The house is spacious and light, uncluttered and very comfortable. We are usually doing some upgrades each year so we keep trying to make it better and better. It is conveniently located just a block off the beach and an easy walk to nearby restaurants, bars, the movie theatre and the Bradley Beach train station. The house is located in the south-east part of Bradley Beach where it is very quiet and peaceful. You can enjoy ocean views from most of the windows in the front and from the porch and deck. The back yard is fenced in and is private with a nice patio with a gas grill for easy entertaining. Our favorite part is the porch with ocean views that has lots of blue hydrangea bushes all around for privacy - its a true oasis!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

My husband and I fell in love with the symmetry of the house, the many windows and large rooms plus the easy access to the beach and main street. If you are an early bird you will enjoy the sunrise from the bedroom window or just make yourself a cup of coffee and stroll down to the beach for that magic time of the day. Sunsets can also be enjoyed from the porch and deck - always a great show!
