Not happy
To start off the directions posted on the vrbo page were wrong. The vallet parking that wasn’t posted on the page which parked my car 20 feet from the door and charged me 50 bucks to park my truck. We weren’t happy the parking was open and clearly there were spots. Once we got to the room we found that the carpets were burned up in many places and the carpet was sticky ???. The bathroom lights didn’t work, the sick didn’t properly run and the list goes on. I’m not picky but we pulled the sheets back and there were dirty spots on the sheets and pillows which I attached below. Once in picked the beat on the walls started and screaming from the next door room for over and hour. I handled that by knocking and asking them to please keep it down. At this point we were not happy at all. We left for our event to come back to a lobby filled with over 300-300 people and mixup blasting at 1:30am?? We couldn’t barely make it to our room. I asked the manager on duty about it and she says I can’t help ya to tonight check out and leave if u need to and call back tomrw.??? So we went back to the room. Not happy about a lot of things about this stay and hope I can share this experience to help the staff and vrbo company. As a owner on units i expect vrbo to handle this situations better.
