The living room is a welcoming space to relax, complete with a sofa bed for extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for meal preparation, including modern appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and coffee maker, and a dining table. Step outside onto the patio to enjoy the views. For added convenience, a washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board, are available. High-speed internet access is provided throughout the condo.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment, including a private entrance. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Enjoy in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer. Step onto the screened-in porch to enjoy the view of the lake. As part of the Fairfield Harbour community, you'll have access to the Broad Creek Recreation Center, featuring indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, sauna, and hot tub. Additionally, enjoy access to the resort amenities, including a communal pool, and optional golf. For outdoor activities, bicycles rentals are available. There's also a path around the lake, perfect for a relaxing stroll.

Plus, the area is very walkable, and you can rent bikes at the recreation center for a fun way to explore.
