Welcome to our family owned cabin in a '5 STAR RATED' Tiger Run Resort in Breckenridge Colorado. Tiger Run is a secure gated community located between historic Frisco and World Famous Breckenridge Ski Resort. We have unmatched views of the '10 Mile' mountain range. Tiger Run is truly a one of a kind it like "summer camp for adults" with secluded and private cabins bordered by the Swan and Blue rivers. Our onsite management staff impeccably maintains the common grounds, flower gardens and the 12,000 sf Clubhouse with pool and hot tubs. We have tennis, pickle ball, basket ball courts and sand volleyball court. Also great fishing just steps away from our front door in "Gold Medal" streams. There is a large commercial laundry facility in the clubhouse for your convenience as well.

Our cabin was custom built with a unique dark log exterior and Knotty pine interior that's warm and inviting. We can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in 1 master bedroom and 2 pullout couches. We have a large back deck for you to kick back and relax. We also provide free 800+ mbps WiFI from anywhere in our cabin. We have flat screen hi-def SmatTV in the living room . We offer a fully furnished kitchen and appliance package. We provide 2 uncovered parking spaces. STR23-R-00281.

Love this tiny home.

Although it was a small home, it had everything we needed! It was the perfect cozy home to enjoy after a long day on the slopes. Everything was labeled in the home which made things so much easier to look for. And then the coffee bar and water. A lot of places we have rented didn’t come with any coffee and we’d have to buy water to last us. This place came equipped!

Nice place

Very nice place to stay. Well equipped kitchen. The keurig coffee make did not work so we used the other coffee maker. Everything was great the only draw back was the snow in walk way to get to your vehicle wasvery icy .

Very clean, roomy, everything we needed

The cabin was more roomy than we expected, with a large living room that has an electric fireplace and a comfortable sofa. Kitchen was stocked well, including a few snacks and lots of Keurig k-cups. Communication was great, very responsive through the VRBO app. I would love to come back in the summer and use the outdoor living space.

Amazing Short Term Rental

Cozy Little Cabin

The cabin was everything I hoped it would be. It was warm and cozy, had all the utensils you would need to be able to cook, was a few minutes from town. There were issues with water, though. Apparently, a forced water line burst a few days prior to our arrival and the community was doing planned water shutoffs with fumbled communication. To those staying in the near future, you will be affected from 9PM to 7AM. Other than that, communication with the property manager was great and he was very kind and accomodating

Great location!

Situated right between Breckenridge and Frisco, you are only about 8 minutes from each town. Tiger Run Resort is beautiful blanketed in snow. We had a great stay!

Rock Crawler cabin for a Rock Crawlin fam!

Wonderful property, perfect for us as a Jeep loving, off road adventuring family! We "ducked" the cabin - which means "nice place". The community this is in is just wonderful! Perfect spot, we have already talked about staying specifically at this exact cabin this summer for our base camp to our off-roading adventures!

Just what we needed

We had THE BEST, most relaxing weekend at this property! Being here during the fall allowed us to kick back and not have a care in the world. Our 14 and12-year-old loved having their own space in the loft and their own larger sized beds all to themselves. They were enjoying time with each other, playing board games and chilling out. The deck Adirondack chairs were wonderful to sit back and enjoy some wine and charcuterie. Comfortable couches and seating all throughout the house. Numerous hoard and card games were played at the kitchen table. When we were ready, the pool, hot tub and game room were just a short walk away from our lodging. A serious extra bonus was being able to have our family dog along with us, too. Quite a special place and a true vacation, for us at this property!

Cute Breckenridge getaway

This property is so cute, very clean, welcoming. Upon entering, the place smelled so lovely. Very nicely decorated, plenty of space to sit back and relax and tons of light. The kitchen was nicely appointed, and quality amenities (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). The bed was comfortable with nice bedding. We really enjoyed our time here.

Amazing Mountain Retreat

Fabulous little neighborhood. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Great patio for early morning coffee and late night relaxing. Close to Frisco, downtown Breck and a quick drive to Dillon and the amphitheater. Surprising find and plan to return!

The place is great! This house felt bigger than many in Tiger Run. Very good use of space inside. My 10 year old liked the loft. I would rent this again.

Great small spot!

Had enough space for 5 to sleep in separate beds with the two pull out couches. One bathroom is a little tough but the facilities by the pool helped a bit. Wish there was a better spot for ski gear inside but we made it work. Thanks for a great space for our ski trip!

We are long-time Summit County locals. In the summer we love off-roading in the beautiful Rocky Mountains and in the winter, we love skiing. We choose to have our vacation home here at Tiger Run because it is such a unique close-knit community. The environment is so welcoming, and the location couldn’t be better. So easy to get to Breckenridge or Frisco. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
