This two level, small cabin is the perfect spot for a convenient high country getaway! Located in the Mogollon cabin resort. You'll find a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, kitchen, 1 bdrm on the main floor, loft that functions as a 2nd bdrm, and personal hot tub on the back deck. Also has smart TVs in every room, Starlink wifi, & a new propane grill. The decks are the perfect place to sit and enjoy some fresh mountain air after a long day of exploring. Whether you're looking for a quick romantic escape or a family vacation, this cabin is a convenient place to relax & unwind. *Pets welcome with only a small fee.
Inside: 560 sqft
Guests should know that this isn't a cabin deep in the woods; it's a cabin in close proximity to similar rustic buildings in a heavily wooded resort area. Because the trees obscure the other places and due to the lack of typical yards, it feels more like you are in a campground than a subdivision. Inside, it's a comfortable modern cabin getaway. Because this property sits on the edge of the resort near the main road, you can hear cars passing by. There is, however, a patch of land with heavy vegetation that acts as a buffer, and inside the structure, it's solid walls mitigate the sound well.
Neighbors can sometimes be seen in adjoining yards/cabins or walking down the finger roads. If you desire complete quiet and seclusion, this may not be the right cabin for you.
***Weather advisory*** In winter months, guests are highly encouraged to purchase travel insurance. Major winter storms can roll in unexpectedly and cause delays or road closures that may make it difficult or impossible to reach the cabin. Reservations are non-refundable after a certain time and guests’ book at their own risk.
***Illness advisory*** Unexpected illness is the #1 reason why guests cancel their reservation. We DO NOT refund if guests decide to cancel because of illness. We highly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to cover this risk, especially if traveling with children. If guests chose not to purchase travel insurance, they do so at their OWN risk.
Pet fee: Although I’ve designed the space to be pet friendly, I do still require a small pet fee per pet. This fees helps me to continue to be a pet friendly property and compensates for the extra ware/tare and cleaning required for allowing pets. Emotional support animals are still considered a “house hold pet” and need to be declared on the reservation and the pet fee paid. Only animals specifically trained to help someone with a disability are exempt.
Pet rules: should never be left at the property unattended unless in a cage/crate. Should have its own sleeping space and not be allowed on/in the beds. Should also make a reasonable effort to limit pets time on couches/chairs. Must be on a leash when outside. All pet waste should be properly bagged & disposed of in trash receptacle.

Outdoor Space: Hot tub, 2 decks w/seating, bistro table, propane grill, children’s area w/umbrella & free parking (no outside fires allowed including propane fires)
Hot tub: fully functional during all seasons. Pre-heated and ready for use. Hot tub sits on the back deck and is open to the night sky. Although the hot tub is only accessible to the cabin and it’s current tenants, it is not enclosed and does not offer complete privacy from other adjacent cabins.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, cooking basics, spices, dish-ware & flatware, knife set, toaster, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, k-cups, coffee grounds, tea, dry creamer, sugar

Doorbell camera located next to the front door facing out records video and sound. Camera is only active upon arrival and at departure. We respect our guests’ privacy and do not actively monitor during the duration of their stay. The camera should not be covered at any time.

- leave used towels in bathroom or on floor in front of washer/dryer
- wash dishes (ok to leave drying) or start in dish washer. Please no dirty dishes/pans left in the sink or counter
