• Luxury and Comfort: Completely remodeled in 2023, our lodge features luxurious, comfortable furniture and amenities throughout. Each king bedroom offers a memory foam mattress, Roku TV, and stunning park views. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms with luxurious rain showers. Our stereo system, complete with Bluetooth connectivity and a record player, providing the perfect ambiance for your stay.

• Chef's Kitchen: Fully stocked with two cooktops, an oven, dishwasher, ample counter space, and all the dishes glassware and cookware you’ll need – including kids-friendly plates and utensils.

• 5 King Bedrooms: each with new memory foam mattresses, Roku TVs and mountain views. The upstairs master suite includes a private balcony and a double shower with park views. Additional sleeping options include queen sleeper sofas in the loft and theater.

• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter set of coffee, creamer, body wash, soap, trash bags, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. There is a free washer-dryer in the cabin, and we also provide propane for the grill and fire tables. You will likely need to buy more supplies depending on your stay and group size.

🌟 Guest Access & Details:
Roads: Paved until Shady Gap Way, which is a well-maintained gravel road. Driveway is steep but not windy or cliffy. 4WD recommended but not required.
MUST be 25 or older to book, sign rental agreement and schedule security deposit hold within 48 hrs of booking.

Access Details:
►Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM
► Keyless Entry: Personalized door code provided 3 days before arrival.
❗️Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and schedule the security deposit within 24 hours of booking.❗️
► Private Parking: Plenty of space in the driveway and turnaround area.
► Cell service can be spotty in this region, we highly recommend you download the maps of the area for offline use prior to travel.
► Must be 25 or older to book, sign rental agreement and schedule security deposit hold within 48 hrs of booking
► Accessibility: Lower level is accessible, featuring two bedrooms, a bathroom, game room, theater, and deck. Main floor is up a large set of stairs.
► NO SMOKING. No smoking in the house. Strictly Enforced. We reserve the right to retain the security hold for cleaning expenses if the cabin smells like cigarette smoke.
► Roads: We are just a few miles off of the 321 parkway, west of Gatlinburg. As you’d imagine, you don’t get these views without a bit of climbing. The roads are paved and relatively flat until you get to our road- Shady Gap Way. At this point it is a well-maintained gravel and dirt road that heads up the hillside. There are no steep drop-offs, and it isn't particularly windy. Our driveway is paved, and steep, butnot windy or "cliffy" at all. We recommend a 4WD vehicle, though we do it regularly in a Honda Civic, and most of our neighbors get around in golf carts. If you're dreaming of wide, flat, paved roads, this is not the cabin for you. In Winter the road can get covered in snow. Please get Travel Insurance if traveling in Winter months!

Some Things To Note:
►Pets: Two pet maximum. $150.00 per pet fee. Only dogs allowed, no other pets. Absolutely no puppies. Dogs must be crated if unattended in the cabin. Guests are required to sign the pet addendum and assume financial responsibility for any additional damage due to pets including but not limited to cleaning, repair and replacement due to scratching, peeing or excrement in the cabin etc. Any violation of these rules are grounds for eviction and loss of security deposit. Any questions, please reach out before booking.

► Service Animals- For service animals, we use the FAA service animal form for verification. Animals may not be left unattended in the home unless crated.

► View: Amazing views. In the fall, it is an explosion of colors and you can see them all as far as the eye can see. In the summer, the leaves sway around the cabin, and far away across the mountains. In the winter you can see more deeply into the forests around us.

► Roof: The roof is metal with no attic. If a squirrel crawls on the roof or if it is raining, you will hear it, no need to be alarmed.

► Bugs: While we have a regular pest control program the cabin is in an area that can have some pests(insects). This is the forest, and while the trees sit back from the house quite a bit, nature is filled with creatures. It is possible to get 4-6-8 legged or winged visitors both outside and inside. This cannot be 100% prevented. *We do not refund for issues with bugs or forest creatures.*

► Animals: There are bears, coyotes, deer, squirrels, owls and other animals in the area, & often on the property. Be still and you might see them. When staying at the cabin, NEVER leave food items in the vehicles, NEVER leave food, leftovers, or trash outside. Trash should be bagged & locked in bear-resistant trash containers (provided).

► Security Camera: There are security cameras on the front porch, and over the entrances for everyone’s protection- all pointed away from the cabin itself. The house is often unoccupied between guests. Touching or tampering with the cameras is a violation of your rental agreement. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

► Excessive cleaning charge - $300 Your cleaning fee assumes you have followed the check-out instructions. Trash is bagged, pots and pans are washed & returned & dishes are washed in dishwasher. Grill was cared for during stay and is reasonably clean. The house has been used, but there is no damage or extensive cleaning required to prepare for the next guest. If this is not the case and there is excessive cleaning required, an additional $300 will be deducted from your security deposit.
