The space
This exclusive townhouse, built in the 1860s, is part of Williamstown Court, the former manager's house and horse stables which served Williamstown House and the Chester family.
The interior includes three bathrooms (two with showers, one with a claw-foot tub), seven beds in five bedrooms including a super king en-suite and king sleigh bed room, and The Lounge with a fireplace, full-size snooker table, ping-pong table, Bluetooth jukebox, microwave, tea and coffee station, mini-fridge, and seating for 10.
The exterior features three walking gardens, a tennis/basketball court, built-in gas BBQ, and four swings under an old growth tree. The property is shared by residents in three one-bedroom townhouses in the same building and a two bedroom cottage across the courtyard.
The secure parking area is directly in front of the townhouse and shared with just one other resident with room for 2-3 cars.
All four seasons offer a chance to be in tune with nature and feature butterflies, apples, blackberries, roses, and a number of bird species. We also think there’s a fox roaming about but haven’t seen them yet.
