Overlooking the Treasure Valley from the exclusive gated community at the top of Table Rock, The Wild Horse is the perfect getaway for family, friends, and events!
There are 3 king rooms, including the primary bedroom, with its Roku TV, sitting area, personal patio exit, full ensuite bathroom, and extensive walk-in closet. Across from the primary bedroom suite is another full bathroom and a children's room with a crib and 2 bunkbeds, offering a total of 4 twin mattresses.
At the front of the house, just off the formal entry hall, sits the study with its built-in, floor-to-ceiling bookcases, large desk, and plush sofa. It offers a peaceful escape for relaxation, art, and learning, including a keyboard, a wide variety of reading materials, and space to create for those so inclined. This space also offers a queen fold-out sofa, allowing you to transform this space into extra sleeping quarters as needed.
2 adjoining, fire-lit sitting areas dominate the main floor and offer breathtaking views of the valley, open access to the kitchen and dining areas, a Roku-enabled TV, and access to the patio areas and a fire pit. Down the hall is an alcove with a coat closet and a half bath, and just beyond is a huge laundry room with washer, dryer, and utility sink.
The full kitchen includes standard amenities: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster… but also features a gas range, an extensive pantry, and a separate coffee prep area complete with a traditional 12-cup coffee pot, grinder, 56oz French press, and pour over options to prepare your complimentary locally roasted Neckar coffee beans exactly to your taste.
The spacious kitchen and dining layout are ideal for hosting, with multiple food prep areas, ample seating around a lovely oak table, and additional seating at the bar between the kitchen and living area. The well-stocked island features an InstaHot faucet and a trash compactor in the cupboard beside the sink.
Outside the kitchen is a full-size grill, and in the pantry is a toaster oven, crockpot, and blender-ready to whip up anything you might want.
Upstairs features include a 3rd living area, re-designed with a huge Roku-enabled flatscreen TV, luxurious leather sofas, and an extra-large double coffee table for games, of which you can find several options in the nearby hall closet.
The upstairs room accommodations include one room with a King bed, walk-in closet, and designated work area, a second room with a Queen bed, walk-in closet, and a door leading to the small upstairs veranda, and the King loft suite, designed with Roku-enabled TV, small dresser, Mini-fridge, sink and it's own laundry facilities. The suite also features a white sofa that folds into a twin bed and double glass doors that open onto the upstairs veranda, thus providing optional access to the Queen room next door.
The upstairs bathroom is located off the hall and is accessible for all upstairs bedrooms. It is fully equipped with a tub and shower.
The ½ court gym in the basement has a hoop and doubles as a racquetball court. The gym opens onto the hall with a water fountain and equipment room just beyond, where you'll find regulation-size basketballs, children's size balls, racquetball equipment, exercise balls, and yoga mats.

Please note: use extreme caution and DRIVE SLOW in Winter weather conditions. Wild Horse tends to have icy patches. We highly recommend utilizing an all-wheel drive vehicle when traveling to and from Wild Horse during winter.
HOUSE RULES
*Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am.
*There cannot be more than 15 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 15 occupants overnight.
*We do offer late check-out and early check-in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check-out really affects our cleaner's schedules. If you do not arrange a late check-out in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not check-out by noon, you will be charged an additional night's stay.
*This is a non-smoking house. $500 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking of any variety is found.
*Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect the flooring and reduce dirt intrusion.
*If discovered, any unauthorized pets will need to be immediately removed and a pet mitigation charge of $500 will apply.
*Events (like a baby shower, reception, birthday party, etc) are allowed! Please reach out so we can make sure this is the best fit for your event.
*Unauthorized events will be subject to a minimum charge of $1500. Additional charges for damage may also apply.
*Friendly reminder to please use the provided black towel for face make-up. So many of our towels and pillowcases are stained by oil based make-up and our professional laundry service can't even bust these stains. We appreciate you helping us conserve our linens.
*Management not responsible for injuries or accidents caused while playing in racquetball court and with sporting equipment.
*If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest's stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost.
