The Space:

This newly-renovated, concept-designed home features 3 bright King Bed Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. You'll also find a pullout sofa for the kids! With 4 beds, the home can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in total. Enough clean linens are always provided to make sure all guests enjoy a great night's sleep.



Everything in the home is brand new--boutique Midcentury-modern themed design, quartz countertops, hard floors, fast WiFi, and large ROKU Smart TVs



We provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in almost every room of the house.



Coffee, natural sugar, cream and herbal tea are also provided complimentary!



There is a driveway and street parking, so you should have plenty of parking for your entire group.



Guest Access:

Full access to the home, including: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, HDTVs, etc.



The Neighborhood:

Located minutes from Historic Downtown High Springs and a stone's throw away from some of the most famous natural springs in the world.



Other Things to Note:

🔇 NO parties or loud music; $500 fee

🚭 NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee

🙅‍♂️ NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest



📄Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill and sign a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid ID, phone number and email, and choose a damage waiver/deposit option so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. We will give you access to the form immediately after booking. You will find all your booking information there (check in/out info, early check in / late check out options, local guide, property details, etc.)

🎥 We have an active doorbell security camera outside to ensure the safety of guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed

🔊 We have an active noise decibel detector inside that detects excess noise and notifies us

🔥Please note that propane tanks are not refilled between stays, as it is the guest’s responsibility to refill them if needed. If you do refill the tank during your stay, just send us the receipt, and we’ll gladly reimburse you

🙋You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 4 guests, there is a $12 nightly charge per extra guest

🚮 If you are staying on a Monday night, please place the garbage can by the road that evening for pickup Tuesday Morning

🧹 Be respectful of the space (this is our home) and clean up reasonably after yourself

🗑️ Do not leave any trash outside--we like to keep our community beautiful. Trash days are on Tuesdays, if your stay falls that day we'd really appreciate if you could pull the bin to the curb

🔧 Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should

❕Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping.



Cancellation Fees:

All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
