+The fully fenced backyard and deck offer a great space for kids and dogs to play. The bottom of the fence is reinforced with wire mesh to help keep smaller pups in. Please note that there are a few spots near an old tree stump and along the deck where larger dogs or especially determined jumpers may be able to clear the fence, so supervision is recommended. The property is equipped with a variety of outdoor games including ring toss and more.
+Enjoy outdoor grilling on the gas grill while watching the sun set over the mountains. Dine al fresco on the inviting outdoor dining set, or unwind in comfort on our plush outdoor lounge furniture under the soft glow of string lights.

ARRIVAL + ENTRY
The driveway is directly in front of the home and offers parking for two large vehicles or four compact vehicles.The main entrance is the second door on the right side of the home, and it is equipped with a Yale keypad lock. We’ll send you your personal door code via message as soon as the home becomes available on the day of check in. There is a coat hook by the entrance and boot trays near the doors.
LIVING ROOM
Step into a world of comfort and relaxation in the living room furnished with plush cushions on the sectional sofa. Gather around the coffee table and enjoy your favorite shows on the 65-inch Samsung TV, equipped with popular streaming apps like Hulu and Netflix. +As a special treat, you'll find a selection of complimentary snacks and beverages including Colorado beers for guests over the age of 21.
+The kitchen features updated appliances and a full-size refrigerator, a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, waffle maker, hand-held mixer, rice cooker, and even a bread maker.

PETS
This is a dog-friendly listing for up to two approved dogs. Please message us before booking to confirm your dogs qualify.
There is a $100 pet cleaning fee per dog, which helps compensate our housekeepers for the additional cleaning required after pet stays.
When booking with two dogs, the first pet fee is charged automatically. We will manually process the second pet cleaning fee after booking.
Guests are responsible for any pet damage or excessive cleaning beyond standard pet cleaning.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property including the cabin, driveway parking, sauna (with signing of liability waiver), back porch, fire pit area and spacious backyard with yard games. Guest will not have access to a few closets locked for supplies.
