Well-equipped 2 BDR – 6 Bed – 2 Bath, 1-floor town home in the top-rated King’s Creek resort in the heart of Virginia’s famed Historic Triangle of Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. Beautifully landscaped and maintained grounds throughout the resort. Comfortable for two couples or a family.

The Townes with garden views offer village charm at the private, gated community of King’s Creek. Up to 6 guests can enjoy all the amenities of home and more, including free parking and Wi-Fi, cable TV, a wet bar, and electric fireplace.

The master bedroom features a King-sized bed and 4-piece ensuite with a jetted garden tub.

The 2nd bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and 3-piece ensuite (shower only) that also serves as the day bath.

Both bathrooms provide hair dryers and amenity kits of soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner.

The Bonus Room / Sunroom features a sofa that opens to a Queen-sized bed. Closets provide clothes hangers. Flat screen TVs are located in both bedrooms, the bonus room, and living room, which also has a DVD player. Ceiling fans grace both bedrooms, the bonus room, and dining area, which features seating for 6 guests.

The full kitchen features granite countertops, a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher (with starter supplies), a full-sized refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, and large pass through to the dining area. Other kitchen supplies include a drip coffee maker (with starter coffee supply), blender, toaster, and tea kettle, as well as cooking utensils and place settings. A free in-suite washing machine and dryer are provided, as well as an iron and ironing board.

The town home backyard includes a BBQ grill (propane tank) and picnic table.

Check with hosts Ron & Cathy if you desire a double town home for your stay, as they can combine two adjacent 2 BD/2BA units to create one huge 4 BDR unit with 2 full kitchens, dining rooms, living rooms, and bonus rooms (with Queen-sized pull-out sofa beds) with sleeping capacity for up to 12 guests, perfect for groups or two families traveling together. Units are joined by a common hallway, each with a separate (lockable) entrance. Units can be used separately or together.

Also, 3pm check-in is ultra-convenient at the resort's lovely center.
