💳 SECURITY DEPOSIT
Refundable Security Deposit ($500) – Pre-authorization collected before check-in and released after checkout, provided there’s no damage or missing items.

📝 RENTAL AGREEMENT
All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement prior to check-in. This helps protect both guests and our home, ensuring a smooth and worry-free stay.

🎯 LOST & FOUND
Please note we are not responsible for personal items left behind. We recommend double checking the property before departure. Forgotten items will be stored for 7 days, after which they will be donated or discarded. Any pickup or delivery of these items will incur a shipping and admin fee.

📭 MAIL & PARCELS
This property does not include mailbox access. Please do not use the address for mail delivery. For postal needs, consider renting a P.O. box at a local post office. For parcels, arrange door drop-off or depot pick-up. We are unable to retrieve or manage mail or packages for guests.

🛠 MAINTENANCE & ACCESS
In case of emergencies, we may need to enter the home without notice. For non-emergencies, we’ll always provide advance notice and keep guests informed as quickly as we can.

★ This is a NON-PARTY home. If we discover an unauthorized party / event happening at the property the booking will be immediately cancelled and no refunds shall be given.

★ Our home is equipped with exterior cameras that record to the cloud 24/7. If they are tampered with in any way during your reservation your booking may be immediately cancelled with no refund given on the booking amount or the security deposit.

★ Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, hookah, and incense are strictly prohibited in the property.

★ Glitter, confetti, and streamers are not permitted on the property.

★ Please return the garage door opener - a $150 fee will be charged if needed to be replaced.

★ All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $50 additional guest fee per person.

★ Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.

★ If the property is not vacated by 10 AM, a late check-out fee of $50 will be applied for each additional 30 minutes.

★ Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was spotless, beautifully kept, and so comfortable—it felt like a home away from home. Check-in was super easy, and the location couldn’t have been better since it was so close to Commonwealth for our concert. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. They were so friendly and they truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. It was clear they genuinely cared about our experience, and that made all the difference.We’d come back in a heartbeat and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Brand new property, great stay and value

Would definitely stay again. Had a great coffee machine, and creamers, wonderful decor, great linens, comfortable beds and full of ice in the freezer, which was lovely for our group.

Fantastic Rental!

Highly recommend this property! It is a new build and the inside is absolutely gorgeous! All the finishes are beautiful and modern. When we arrived it was super clean and furnished with everything that was listed. The listing is very accurate as to what you see when you walk in! The area seemed safe to us and we were comfortable walking around and parking our vehicles outside, but there’s a garage that can be used as well! The owners were absolutely wonderful and very quick to return messages! We needed some extra fans and they gave us more than needed just to be sure. It was such a great experience! We had 11 people staying and with the two floors and large beds it was more than enough for everyone to have a comfortable place to sleep! You won’t be disappointed!
