When hanging out inside, enjoy the oversized sofa, gas fireplace, and Smart TV in the open living room. When hunger arises, the full kitchen boasts all of the appliances needed to whip up delicious dishes. When your mealtime masterpieces are ready to share, dine around the expansive window-side dining table inside, or eat alfresco on the multi-level deck.

Both of the home's bedrooms come adorned with high-quality linens and sweeping water views. The interior amenities extend to great conveniences like a private washer/dryer, work desk, board game collection, and Pack-N-Play.

A truly special component of Summit Lake Main House is its sprawling outdoor space. Amidst the lovely Washington weather, enjoy playing in the sand on the beach, board the canoe or kayaks for a serene glide, fire up the gas grill and host a barbecue, and share s'mores over the firepit's dancing flames. Continue your explorations at nearby Pioneer Park, Salish Cliffs Golf Club, and the Washington Center for the Performing Arts. Downtown Olympia boasts a great mix of delicious eateries and local shops.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
