Lovely, clean, spacious property within a beautiful development. Parking on site is plentiful. Extremely walkable to many points of interest. The host is so helpful, as is the concierge on site. The light rail system is nearby, which is a pro, and a con. It is convenient, but can also be noisy, even at night.

Loved the place. Spotless when we arrived and perfect for our stay. Great location- walkable to several popular neighborhoods. Stephanie was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

The condo was not very clean. For example, the master tub had soap scum that would take some major scrubbing to clean. Lot of hair and dust bunnies on the floors throughout. Location is awesome.

Excellent location. Very nice apartment walkable to virtually everything in the heart of CLT Uptown. The view is spectacular but the road noise is very high with proximity to the interstate. The check-in was less than ideal as the elevators were not working correctly and had to get frontdesk help every time we needed to enter the unit. Parking is fairly easy. There were no sundries offered but not a big deal. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend. 8/10 stars

The apartment was not the cleanest. Lots of dust and cob webs. Hair in both bathrooms. The chirp app was a Big PAIN. AND the elevator didn't work to get my 86 year old mother in and out. Considering 3rd floor it was very difficult for her.

Great location

Great location and accommodations. Walkable to South End dining and entertainment as well as to the Convention Center and urban core. Also on the Lynx line for easy rail commuting. We booked this for a conference and business trip and will do so again. Great alternative and much better value than a hotel.

Perfect location for our trip!

We were in town for the Wells Fargo Golf Invitational and our stay was perfect. The train line was right across the street, making it for easy access to the tournament. The apartment was clean and well-stocked with a great layout for two couples. Couldn't ask for more!

This sunny, spacious apartment is within walking distance to uptown and the rail trail which is very convenient. With that comes traffic noise - both car & train and local construction. The rooms are inexpensively designed but comfortable. The kitchen is minimally stocked for cooking. The pots and pans are cheap but functional. As mentioned in earlier reviews the HVAC unit in the master bedroom is loud. I was there in April so I was able to get away with just using the fan mode. The cleaning staff (host) were incredibly responsive and helpful. I appreciated the coffee supplies to start my first day. And Whole Foods was a short walk away. I did not use the laundry or parking during my stay but both looked top notch. I really enjoyed using the community spaces that this apartment complex offers: pool, bbq grill, gym. A nice bonus.

We found a gem when we booked a stay at this two-bedroom accommodation in downtown Charlotte. We were within easy walking distance of the Charlotte Conference center and great restaurants. In addition, parking and checking in/out was a breeze. We were unfamiliar with the access system to the building and the condo owner texted us back with clarifying directions within seconds of our inquiry. We will definitely check the availability of this condo first when returning to Charlotte.

Great place. Can walk to stadium... but it's a walk. Only thing i didn't like, which will make me not use again.... check in time way 2 late and check out if to soon.

The location was great, the hosts were helpful for the most part. They were informed of how unclean the property was when we arrived. Mildew smells in the bathrooms, towels, and shower curtains. Hair on the walls, floors and balls of hair in the blankets that weren’t ours. We purchased light bulbs, sponges in the kitchen and purchased cleaning supplies to make it more feasible for our stay. Location was great, just wished it was cleaner and kept up better for our stay.

Conference

We came for a conference. The unit is perfect for going to the convention center. However, as previous posts stated this unit is LOUD. It is facing the hi-way and gets alot of hi-way noise. The a/c unit is also loud enough to wake the dead. I turned the fan on continuous and that helped to muffle the unit kicking on and off. We also had the extra excitement of the building in front of the apartment burning down.

Beautiful apartment, super helpful host

The apartment was spacious and each bedroom had walk-in closets. The bathroom set ups were great too, it made it like having two master bedrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything you needed, there was even clothes detergent in the laundry room, which was nice. Location was walkable to the inner city and had a light rail stop just about two minutes walk from your door. There was a great walking sidewalk that ran alongside the train with lots of people jogging, or walking. There was an area seemed super safe, at all hours of the day and night. There was a only thing I didn’t like was the hum of traffic outside the apartment but with the apartment had an option to have the heating/airconditioning system to run a fan noise that blocked the noise completely. My husband who is from NYC, didn’t mind the noise at all.

Must Address the HVAC Unit Noise

The property was good in most aspects, and it was mostly what was expected. Beds could be a bit higher quality as they were fairly uncomfortable and pretty low-end considering the building and the rate for the rental. The biggest issue is the VERY noisy HVAC unit which is located inside the master suite bedroom. We don't mind a low hum and some fan noise, but this unit was by far the loudest I have ever heard in a hotel or condo rental. Woke us up every time the compressor kicked on throughout the night and was impossible to go back to sleep with, sounded like a helicopter landing in the room.

I attended a Realtor conference and since I can't stay in hotels, I booked this unit because of its convenience to the conference center, restaurants and parks. Everything was within walking distance and I never once had to use my car. It did take us a minute to figure out access with their app but when I text the owner, not even 5 seconds went by without them contacting me back and got us in. Thi situation was user error and nothing on the owner's part :-). The unit itself was exactly as advertised and more spacious than I expected. It smells very clean and was very tidy. We did have an issue with a smoke detector beeping every 5 minutes and when we reached out to the owner we were told that maintenance was gone for the day so the owner came over in less than an hour and took care of it himself! I travel quite often and only stay in VRBO's and I have to say hands down this is the best experience I have had with an owner. They kept me informed up to my travel date, during my travels, while visiting and shortly after I left. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone attending conferences or conventions in this area!
