About this space
Welcome to the top floor modern studio with View of Capitol Hill. Next to the library, QFC, a new light rail station. Quiet by night with access to all that Broadway offers. The east-facing large window provides natural light through the day & offers an amazing view of the city. This unit is freshly painted throughout and is well equipped with everything you need to make it a home. Comfortable Queen Bed with a well-designed space that feels expansive. Washer/dryer in unit.
Other things to note
A large double pane window for you to review the top of the city and also the mountains. The rooftop deck has a 360-degree view, including downtown Seattle, The Space Needle, and Mt. Rainier. There is a fairly well-equipped exercise room and more!
Please make yourself at home in my home (fast WIFI and Ethernet connection):
Kitchen:
The kitchen is well equipped with toaster oven, electric kettle, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, spices, and
knives. Mini toaster, waffle iron, mini cookware, hand blender all located in the lower cupboard.
Sheets and Cleaning Supplies
Rooftop Deck:
The rooftop is lovely, and access is through the stairwell up one floor.
Exercise Room:
There is a fairly well-equipped exercise room in the basement. Need to use the main building key to access.
Parking:
Parking on the residential streets for 2 hours daily and free on Sundays. Need to read the signs. There is public
parking structure a block away.
Grocery Store and Places to Eat:
The grocery store QFC is located just two blocks away and to the right on Broadway. There are many
restaurants, shops, bakeries and bars located up and down Broadway.
