Beautiful 6 bedroom cabin on 1100 acre lake in Fryeburg Maine

This 6 bedroom 3-1/2 bath house is located on beautiful 1100 acre Lovewell Pond in Fryeburg Maine. Fed by the Saco River, you can set out and enjoy miles and miles of canoeing and kayaking right from our back yard. The lake is wonderful for summer swimming in clear blue water. Winter offers fantastic ice fishing and snowmobiling as well as access to a multitude of ski resorts. It is located five minutes from Fryeburg Center and 20 minutes from N. Conway, famous for its vast assortment of outlet malls, restaurants and tourist attractions. The house is spacious and perfect for large families with a well-stocked kitchen and all of the amenities.

Accommodations were great for our family to be together while we were in the area for a wedding.The cabin was very clean and well furnished.Location was spectacular for the sunrise and sunset and watching the water birds as they were starting to show up as the ice was retreating and the water was showing itself.

This lakehouse is an incredible find. The lake access was wonderful along with all the amenities like: the firepit by the water, canoes, kayaks, floating swim dock, etc. We had 2 families and 2 small dogs with plenty of space for everyone. This is a great spot for anyone; we had a range of kids from 7-13 and adults from 38-45, and everyone had an excellent time. Be sure to check out the Harry Potter room under the stairs leading to the basement. The kids loved it! Tom was a great host and made the check-in/check-out process a breeze. We would go back to this spot in a heartbeat!

We stayed for a few days of ice fishing, the house was perfect for a few families to share! Access to the ice was perfect and easy, the kitchen was well stocked for a larger group and the house was comfortable. The host was accommodating and very responsive to our needs and requests! Could not have asked for more! !

Perfect location on a beautiful lake, near towns to explore and close to Mount Washington. The home is wonderful, had everything that we needed and more. Tom is a great host. He responded quickly to our messages and even provided a list of things to do and restaurants in the area.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This property is very well equipped for everything for a family group vacation. It was such a relief to be in a rental where the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking necessities. There were several comfortable areas for groups to spread out. The host was very responsive. Everything was clean and comfortable!

Fishing weekend with friends

Great lake house and property, nice kitchen and living room area, plenty of comfortable beds and 3 bathrooms. Lake is beautiful and the fishing not bad either! Would recommend for a quiet getaway for friends or family.

10 out of 10 Stars , wonderful lake house , wonderful location , great hosts. Cannot say enough good things about this weekend . I recommend 110 % and do plan on renting again in the future.

Beautiful view

This property had everything we needed to enjoy a week with our family. There were 14 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were all comfortable. The host was quick to respond to any questions that I had and even checked to be sure we got in okay. The pond was great for swimming, kayaking and canoeing and kept everyone busy and out enjoying a beautiful Maine summer.

Beautiful place!

The house was beautiful and spacious with lots of bed spots, plenty of lounging space with two living rooms, and a large kitchen great for cooking meals together. It was also a prime location right off of a lake. We came in February when the lake was still frozen and really loved being able to walk on it and see the stars at night. The house was also very clean and well-stocked with blankets and towels. Tom was very communicative and gave detailed instructions and information about the property!

Loons galore!!

A wonderful house!! Lots of room for everyone! We never consider vacation started until we see a loon. As we drove in there were loons right in front of the house! Such a greeting committee. Tom was wonderful to deal with. Kayaking and fishing were excellent. A lovely gif basket of goodies also greeted us. If you are looking for a great family vacation spot- look no further!!

Lovewell Pond Fryeburg

Very nice location away from traffic and directly on the lake from an expansive grass lawn. Swimming and boating were good. The house has an excellent layout. Large kitchen with gas stove. The main living room had comfortable seating and an expansive window view of the lake, TV and fireplace. We enjoyed the enclosed porch with a dining table and ate there or lounged there frequently. Next to but closed off from was a second room with chairs and sofas and gas fireplace. Good for reading and no TV. Off that were two bedrooms and a shared bath with shower. More bedroom were upstairs. So the six of us each had our own bed room. I didn't hear any complaints. Activities included daily hikes or walks in the area. We climbed Mt Sabattus, went to Yoga classes, explored Portland, played games, fished, watched movies, cooked and relaxed. The time flew.

The house is extremely family friendly and the host Tom was very nice and accommodating. The furniture and beds were extremely comfortable and felt like home. We had a very good time and enjoyed the breathtaking views of the pond and nearby mountains. The only drawback for our family was the excessive amount of security cameras pointed at the swimming area, this made my wife and daughters uncomfortable and not wanting to enjoy a swim in the pond. Otherwise the house is great and full of amenities.

My wife and her family have been coming here every summer since she was a little girl. We are so excited to have the opportunity to allow other families to create the memories that our family has created here.

My wife's family has been coming here since 1945. There is something special about Fryeburg that just can't be put into words. The view on Lovewell Pond is absolutely breathtaking.
