Nice location & unit with issues

The unit, pool and location is nice. Unfortunately we had multiple issues. Communication with the host on an actual address was not provide, just "XX waterfall" Its the only house on the right side directly after the XX waterfall with steep driveway, but he couldnt communicate this. Upon arrival, the refrigerator did not work. A small temporary was provided which took 4+ hrs to cool. Had to request pool and kitchen towels. Coffee pot, could not get plugged in, host forced with a small wire, round peg into square outlet? Bathtub shower combo, wasnt draining properly. Ants in bathroom, host came and sprayed, left dead ants in bathroom, and toxic spay (bathroom window didnt open and no fan). Moved nightstand closer to bed and behind was dirt, along with grim along door frames. Just didnt feel clean. No AC in master only main unit. No TV channels only UTube vidios available. Beautiful location nice pool, nice unit, just needs attention to details.

All attractions are around the property in a drivable distance. Owner Zaved drives the guests at a reasonable price and brings them back to the property. Hospitality is fantastic. Property is relatively new and clean.

Beautiful place next to toraille waterfall

The place was very clean with a great pool overlooking a small river and greenery! The host was very friendly! We did originally think it was located in downtown soufriere but is about a 10-15 min drive away, which ended up working out well as we had a rental car. We had some difficulty finding the location initially with the provided address but a friendly local was able to show us the correct way and the host was quick to respond! The door to our unit didn’t lock and we weren’t given a key, however, didn’t have any issues while we were gone. They do have a gate they close at night which we got shut out of on our second night. They have a buzzer to ring but nobody answered and we had to climb the gate to get in. However, this location has some great potential and we felt safe and enjoyed our stay despite the minor details. Would stay again!

Amazing Place, Perfect Trip!

I booked this rather last minute and there wasn't a lot available so I took a chance on a property without any reviews. I am so glad that I did! This place was amazing! The pictures do not capture how beautiful the pool is and how huge the room is. We were also a little concerned that the property wasn't walking distance into town but I began corresponding with Javid and he took care of EVERYTHING! He picked us up from the dock as we arrived on boat, and he drove us into town whenever we wanted. He brought us to all the best waterfalls and the mud baths and gave us the best restaurant recommendations. He is incredibly responsive and the nicest guy ever! You feel like you're with a celebrity walking through town with him because he knows everyone. We felt completely safe and we got the best insider's tour of Soufriere ever. If you're looking for a great place with a great host and a great tour of the town, book this place! Thank you Javid and Shaggy! We will be back.
