The story of Gravel Road Ranch begins with "I Do."
In 2010, Tim & Bettina planned a wedding and launched a business in 3 weeks. Their wedding cake said, “True Love Travels Down a Gravel Road" which rang true both figuratively and literally as they built and lived a life with their two beautiful children in Texas. So much love has sanctified this place they call home. They offer it to you, as a "gift of place."

Enjoy a spacious 4bd2ba complete with a king sized bed, two full beds, and extra bunk beds that sleep a total of 10 guests!

The master suite features cool, soft linens on the king bed, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with double shower heads.

Across the living and kitchen areas are two more bedrooms - each with super comfortable full sized beds, large closets, a toddler floor mattress, and adjacent bathroom with tub.

The Bonus Room doubles as a 4th bedroom with twin, full, and twin trundle bunk bed that sleep 4.

☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆
A sunny dining nook awaits you in the morning, in the fully stocked kitchen complete with cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, and non-perishable breakfast items. Making treasured family memories never came so easy with pots, pans, casserole dishes, kids dinnerware, and a high chair. Finish your morning off with a fresh cup of coffee from the Keurig machine, or a relaxing cup of tea.

☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆
Adorned with classic Texan touches, the living room adjacent the kitchen features a comfy couch, old style cowboy rocking chair, and a large TV. Step outside to the backyard and comfy patio seating area - the perfect space to entertain and enjoy an al fresco afternoon snack.


☆☆ LAUNDRY ROOM ☆☆
Our laundry machines are located near the kitchen as well, making adventure prep and recovery a breeze! It's fully stocked with essentials like detergent, oxiclean, and cleaning supplies - just let us know if there's anything additional you need.

☆☆ BONUS ROOM ☆☆
The Bonus Room doubles as a 2nd bedroom, office, and 2nd living room complete with comfy leather couches, a tv, large corner desk, and bunk beds that sleep 4. Family movie night, board games, or co-working - this space has it all.

☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆
The Gravel Road Ranch features 5 quiet, whole acres all to yourself - fenced front and back yards, outdoor dining areas, a covered patio living area, and a secret hidden walkway path (check the pictures!). Our Welcome Book will go over the wildlife that can be found here, as well as safety tips to keep both you and our animal friends safe.


GUEST ACCESS
Enjoy this private Ranch all to yourself. You can use all the rooms and amenities mentioned in our listing, and will be given a custom lockbox code for secure and contactless entry.

Park in the designated parking area and easily access your home without having to worry about any steps or elevators.

You’ll also have access to all of the Ranch's amenities, including 5 acres, a secret garden path, dining and patio areas, fenced yard areas, and the beautifully decorated 4bd2ba house.
