4th floor 3 bedroom penthouse with ocean & bay views with your coffee provided

Originally from South Jersey. I have been a Maryland transplant for 20 years. It’s almost the same except for the beaches. I love Ocean City Maryland. We have been coming twice a year forever renting at least 2 weeks with family and friends. I realized we haven’t even touched what Ocean City has to offer. We have been enjoying it since April 2022 as much as possible. We let others enjoy our home too. The restaurants and events they have we haven't even scratched the surface. Restaurant Week (Specials for a week).. Our Island has desserts and food we have never tried until now. We love sharing our secrets with our guest from restaurants to what’s going on. It’s on my Facebook page Coral Seas Condo Rental. Did you know OCMD has fireworks 3 times a week in season? We didn’t either, but we know now and so do you. Tuesday, Thursday, and Sundays. They can be seen from our rooftop pool deck. I love making sure everyone has a great time and knows what there is to do. My new favorites are Holy Macaroni and The Snowball Stand. Open until they middle of December. Limited hours, but it’s here. Visit Assateague Island, State Park, Lighthouse and beach. See all they have to offer. If you haven’t you will be amazed I was. We will make sure you have a great place to live while here.

We wanted a larger condo because it’s not an investment. It was purchased to be our retirement home in a few years. It had to have certain items and this unit had everything plus some. We wanted to be on the ocean side, but being on the bay has turned out beautifully. It has everything we wanted. We always rented ocean block or direct ocean front due to the highway. It’s very quiet here and we didn’t want to be in high rise central. Midtown gets left out and is the best as far as I am concerned. It is but a hidden gem in OCMD and we found it. I’m very glad we did. There’s nothing better than relaxing on the balcony watching the ocean or the bay with a breeze. You can sun on the balcony too. It’s beautiful to sit with the door open listening to the ocean sound and breeze. We love the beauty of watching the birds fly and enjoying the sunset and sunrise. You can see it from the balcony, but even more from the rooftop deck. People pull over to take pictures. They know it’s beauty.

Very large and quiet building many people don’t know exist in Midtown OC. Elevator is coded for secure entry and it’s very quiet and peaceful. We have a penthouse unit and offer everything you need to enjoy our home for your stay. We provide linens, beach cart, 8 beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, paper towels, toilet paper, aluminum foil, Saran Wrap, small and larger ziplock bags, coffee pods to start with, filters for a whole pot, Splenda, Dove shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dishwashing soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets, swifter wet to mop just in case, windex, trash bags, paper plates, plastic wear for the beach or quick uses, cleaning supplies, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum, and so much more. Bring your clothes, swim suit, toothbrush and toothpaste with any particular hygiene products you may needs and of course your food once you settle in. If you drink coffee bring your creamer and sugar. Check in at 4pm kick back and relax after your drive.
