Ideal for couples, families, or a group of friends in town for the weekend.

Living Room: Enter the spacious living room featuring a comfortable couch and a 58-inch Smart TV, enabling you to effortlessly log into your preferred streaming apps and enjoy your favorite shows and movies.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities for preparing a delicious meal. You'll find pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, a mixer, a blender, a toaster, a Keurig coffee pot, and more to cater to your culinary needs.

Bedrooms: Rest peacefully in the master bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and a Smart TV for your entertainment. Additionally, there is another bedroom with a queen-size bed, and both bedrooms share a bathroom.

Laundry: For your convenience, a full-sized washer and dryer are available in the sunroom, allowing you to easily take care of your laundry needs during your stay.

Outdoor Space: Discover the highlight of the house—an expansive covered back porch that offers a perfect outdoor retreat. Complete with an outdoor dining table, it provides an ideal spot for enjoying meals or simply unwinding amidst the pleasant surroundings.

Was is town to mountain bike. This cute house was close enough to bike right to the trails! Also was an awesome location to walk to dinner. I loved that part! Would def stay here again! Also-we were able to check in early which was much appreciated.

Mountain bike trip

Great location, one block from the bike path that takes you to the main trail head. Walking downtown for food and drinks is super easy. The house is clean and the beds are nice. The kitchen has everything you need and the dishes are clean, nice pans also. It feels like home. I will be staying here again.

Back deck looked super inviting. Monsoon said No.

The checkin/checkout was super simple. House was clean and as described. It rained the entire time, but really wanted to enjoy the outside deck. It was too cold. Very close to many restaurants and the square. If it weren't miserable weather we would have walked everywhere. Would stay there again.

Best Friend Girls weekend

It was a good location. We thought we could walk to more things, but there were no sidewalks or good lighting at night. I would recommend better toilet paper and some Kleenex.

Convenient Location

It was a nice little house. The yard needed much attention, but since it was winter, we stayed inside. It was extremely convenient to the attractions of Bentonville. There is not dishwasher, so dishes had to be done by hand. Would stay again.

Overall the property and location were great. The only issues I had revolved around personal preference issues and are not indicative on whether or not I'd recommend this location because I will and have. As an older unit, there were some problems with maintaining consistent heat in the house but not a major issue at all. I am used to having a fan moving air around so that was tough for me to get used to so I didn't sleep the best.

Bentonville house

Great little house with a good location. The kitchen could have been a little better stocked with cooking spray, seasonings and more coffee pods . Overall, a very nice stay.

Great spot close to the square

No dishwasher, no ice maker or ice trays, TV remote in bedroom did not work (batteries OK). Coffeemaker is K-cup. Range hood and light does not work. House is old and somewhat rundown. House is surrounded by apartments. Otherwise, fairly comfortable to live in, quiet.

Downtown Bentonville visit

This property was perfect for our family of 4! It had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect to ride from the house to Slaughter Pen’s All American trail and it was convenient to trails for riding around town. Location was quiet and peaceful. The property manager was easy to communicate with and worked with us to get an early check in. We would definitely stay in this house again!

Cute house near downtown

This house was clean and comfortable, with a nice big yard and private outdoor sitting area. Very close to downtown. It was perfect for the two nights we were in Bentonville.

Fit my Needs

It was a great location. If I would have had a better memory of the area I could have walked. I know by my next visit it will be gone and an upscale apartment building will be in it's place. It is wonderful to see Bentonville becoming a classy smalltown "Aspen" of Arkansas. Congratulations!
