Renovated in the summer of 2021 with furnishings from Article, Crate & Barrel and West Elm. This home sleeps 5 with 2 fantastic King beds, TV's in every room, feather duvets and pillows, a fully appointed kitchen, giga blast wifi and sweeping panoramic views of the Chesapeake Bay with epic sunsets.

The Space:
Beach Construction Notice:
The City of Norfolk will begin a sand replacement project on Toler Place and Willoughby Beach (from 11th View St to the terminal groin) in response to significant erosion from recent high tides. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning in late May 2025 and continuing through late July 2025. You will have to use the beach from 11th Bay and down to enjoy the beach.
Please be aware that the impacted section of the beach will be closed during work hours but will reopen in the evenings and on weekends. Alternate access to the beach is available via 11th View St and other nearby entry points.

We include free Netflix and Hulu for every TV. Beach chairs and towels are provided. We are pet friendly with a $450 pet fee. Please note and confirm you have read this. A new deck is being put on this building. This may cause concern for noise.

You’ll find a mix of classic beach cottages, salty shacks, and new builds, all steps from the shore. Willoughby locals are fiercely loyal to their slice of coastal life — where crab traps are common yard décor, beach chairs stay out year-round, and everyone knows the best spot for a fried shrimp basket (hint: it’s probably across the street at the Willoughby Fish House).

Life here moves with the tide: morning walks on 13th View Beach, paddle boarding through the calm bay waters, casting a line off Harrison's Fishing Pier, or biking to Ocean View’s farmer’s market. Evenings often end with toes in the sand, a drink in hand, and the sight of Navy ships gliding toward the horizon. Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
