Come experience everything that 30A and Santa Rosa Beach have to offer, while being tucked
away in the quiet community of Santa Rosa Golf Villas. Go for a swim in the community
saltwater pool or soak up some sun on the pool deck. Don't feel like cooking indoors? Bring
everyone together for a cookout at the large barbecue grill. This quaint cottage is near Gulf
Place, and a 10 minute walk or 3 min ride to 3 public beach accesses on West 30A in serene
Dune Allen Beach, so you can spend your days lounging on our sugar-white sands. This property
has everything you would want while on vacation and offers amenities for everyone in your
group!
When you step inside, you are met with an open concept dining/kitchen/living area! This is
perfect so that the whole group can be entertained while still spending time together. This one-
story home prevents anyone in your party from fighting the stairs! The master suite is a large
space that includes a King size bed and private bathroom, with a separate tub and walk-in
shower. Guest bedroom #1 offers guests a full-size bed, while guest bedroom #2 offers 2 bunk
beds that have 6 twins in total! The living area also has a queen sleeper in case your party
needs to spread out. Step out onto the screened in back porch, which offers a nice quiet area to
relax with a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail.
This home is professionally managed by All 30A Properties, comes with four adult bicycles a 6-
seater golf cart. We also offer a gas grill in the backyard space for your use, in addition to the
community grill.
Booked guests receive a $25 per day credit towards complimentary Beach Gear when you book
an All 30A Properties vacation home. Best of all, your gear will be delivered on the day of your
arrival and picked up on your departure date, so no need to pack any gear! Items to choose
from include single and tandem kayaks, stand up paddle boards, beach chairs, umbrellas,
coolers, corn hole and more!
