This is a non-smoking building. However, there is a dedicated smoking area outside of the parking garage.

Keyless Entry System:
•A custom house code will be sent to you a few weeks prior to arrival. You may share this code with your group — no need to worry about losing a key!

-We are always available, but will not be at the property unless needed.

Parking:
•There is a parking garage in an alleyway behind the main building.
•We have 2 dedicated parking spaces for you.
•There is also street parking right by the front doors of the building.

Please Note: Starter Set of Amenities Provided Only:
•2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
•2 rolls of paper towels
•1 cleaning sponge
•1 travel-sized bar soap and shampoo
•A handful of K-Cups or small bag of grounds
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.
