This new, downtown river retreat is only steps away from great shops and restaurants, the Hollywood Casino and the Lawrenceburg Event Center. This private, two bedroom/1 bathroom unit is the perfect home away from home and sleeps 6. 2 bedrooms are identical in setup, including queen sized beds, luggage racks and a space to hang clothes. There is a pull out couch in the living room with linens. Outside of the unit is a nice sitting area with a table for four with an umbrella. Across the street is a green space/dog area with bags and garbage cans for dog waste.
For your winter getaway, we are only 4 miles from Perfect North Slopes. For warmer weather trips, bring your bike or rent one near the Event Center. Lawrenceburg has a beautiful bike /walking path that guides you along the Ohio river in to historic Aurora, Indiana. The river views from the levy are breathtaking and a perfect place to relax and slow down a bit.
Summertime is buzzing at our Civic Park with Tuesday night movies, Thursday night live music, Yoga and the Farmer’s Market on Saturday morning. You are also near the Creation Museum, CVG airport and downtown Cincinnati. Wintertime is a winter wonderland with warming igloos and an abundance of white lights, lighted arches and reindeer.
Food options are plentiful ranging from Italian, brick oven pizza, American fare, sports bars, markets and coffee shops, all within walking distance.
To note, this unit has steps and is not handicap accessible. There is moderate street noise and the occasional train can be heard traveling through town. There are fans in each room that help to lessen those noises. Free public parking in Ivy Tech garage behind property.
Additional amenities: Smart TV with Roku Stick, plates/utensils, can opener, pots/pans/baking items for electric stove/oven, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee maker/filters/coffee, icemaker, toiletries-shampoo/conditioner/bath soap. The owners are nearby and can assist with any other needs you might have.

We found this gem in 2022 while sitting at Proof 124 across the street. (Great restaurant, btw) It’s been a dream of ours to own a historic building (brick building in front) and the rental is an extension of our true style and passion.
