Waterscape A420

This is our second stay in A420 at Waterscape and it was a FANTASTIC stay. We are loyal vacationers to Waterscape and will continue to return and stay here in Coastal Vibes Vacation condos. Each experience with them is easy and streamlined and we are never concerned that the condo will be exceptional. All information is provided ahead of time for arrival and departure ensuring a no stress experience. We cannot wait to return to A420 - it is the perfect size for our family of four with great views of the pools and beach. Thank you to the Coastal Vibes team for being fantastic hosts.

We will never stay anywhere else! The condo has everything you would need for your family on vacation for kids of all ages. The tiki hut provides quick food for convenience. The beach chair and umbrella that is already set up is such a great perk! The resort outside is always clean and staff is very friendly. It is walkable to several different restaurants. This is our second time staying here and we plan on coming back next year. Our only very mild complaint is the hallway/carpet in the building to get into our room was very wet and had a very musty smell during our stay there. But our room itself was extremely clean.

Perfect resort for a family with children. Condo was just as pictured and centrally located in the complex. Easy check in and check out, with great communication from owner. Would definitely stay here or with Coastal Vibes again.

Great Condo

We were here for a softball tournament and had a great stay! Close to the ball fields. The resort had plenty to do and the kids had a blast. The resort and condo was very clean. The kitchen had everything you need. Love that it had a washer and dryer. And liked how the bunk beds were in its own area for the kids. The beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Great Condo and Resort

We have been to Waterscape two other times and this condo was exceptional. The floors and all rooms were very clean, which is very important to us on these trips. The balcony view included the resort pools in the interior and the ocean.Parking was easy and getting down to the pool/beach was relatively quick, with an elevator right down the hall. We visited all of the pools, the beach, mini golf across the street and the gulfarium a short drive down the street to see the dolphin and sea lion shows. Would highly recommend this unit for others and will be on our list for next time.

Fantastic!

We enjoyed our stay at Waterscape so much! The condo was one of the cleanest I've ever rented. Convenient location to beach and a few restaurants and short drive to a lot of other stores and restaurants . We stayed mid April and the water was still cool so the heated pool was a hit for the kids. They also enjoyed the activities each day. We hope to come back!

Great stay

Cleanliness is important to us and it was nice to come to a clean condo (have had bad experiences in the past at other places). Communication was convenient. Great place to stay for our spring break with friends. Pools were great and the sand is so white and soft and the water is so clear! Would recommend.

Perfect stay for family vacation

We loved our stay at this property. Very clean place and host was great with communication. The complimentary beach service was a great amenity. I would highly recommend this place to anybody with kids, our son loved the splash zone and lazy river. We will definitely be back!

Always a good time

This property is great. We come back to the property year after year and this unit was qonderful. Good view. Nice accomodations. The bunks were perfect.

Fantastic

The condo was perfect for myself and my husband. The condo provided everything we needed in order to have the perfect family and friends vacation. Navigating through the traffic was a little difficult but you have the option of walking to some restaurants and shopping.

Okaloosa Island Vacation

This is our 4th year vacationing at The Waterscape on Okaloosa Island, Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. The condo we booked this year was A420. The condo had 1-bedroom with bunks and two bathrooms. The entire condo was updated. The kitchen had beautiful white cabinets with quartz countertops. The bathrooms had the same cabinets and countertops. The condo had everything we needed for our stay, and we had no maintenance issues. We would love to book this condo again!

Great Condo / Location

Everything from start to finish of our booking/stay/checkout was easy. The condo itself was beautiful, recently updated, and had a nice starter set of essentials provided. The provided beach service of chairs/umbrella was a great benefit! You will be glad to have a periodic break from the sun! We did have a slight issue with the AC but once reported there was quick response and resolution to the issue. Waterscape is within a close distance to several restaurants, attractions, and shopping. We especially loved Boshamps in Destin, but definitely get there early! We had a great vacation and highly recommend this location/condo!

PERFECT!!

Wow! Our week was FABULOUS!! A420 is BEAUTIFUL!! It was extremely clean, which is huge to me! Even the appliance, utensils, dishes, etc…CLEAN! We had one SMALL issue with the bathtub faucet and maintenance was there in no time and took care of the issue immediately! The view from the patio is beautiful! Everything was so easy from the beginning with the booking process to checking out! Coastal Vibes is wonderful and highly recommended. This is our 3rd year coming to Waterscape and we will be back! A420 is highly recommended if you're looking for a bright, airy, beautiful and clean condo!!

Best Vacation Ever!

Exceptional property great facility safe for the kids to play all week. Directly on the beach with beach chairs included. Condo was perfect, clean and had all new furnishings and finishes. Best vacation ever!

Beautiful condo!

This condo was a beautifully decorated gem! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need, appliances were top of the line, linens were a great quality and the bed was quite comfy. To top it off the view from the lanai was wonderful!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay last week! Condo was beautiful, view was great and it was very close to lots of dining options. Owners were easy to work with and gave information well ahead of time so we didn’t need to worry about anything. The only problem we had was that the master bedroom shower was clogged. My husband is a plumber and fixed it on the first day and we had no issue after that!

This property was pretty nice, I loved the fridge and how big it was. My three kids and I enjoyed our stay here. The only issues I had was the couch had some stains on it. Looked like someone spilled something on it and it wouldn’t come off. It looked yellowish from them trying to clean it and the pillows on the couch were dirty. Also the shower knob in the main bedroom is broken, every time I would try to turn the water on it would pop off and I would have to fix it, this was so annoying. Last thing in the main bathroom the hot water on the sink does not work. It was leaking from the base. Seems like they need to fix some stuff in this unit.
