Everything was absolutely perfect from the cleanliness to all we needed for cooking, to washing facility! I would whole heartedly recommend & refer this place. It made our 10 year vow renewal an amazing success. Close to the beach, shopping & eating. I will never forget how wonderful it made our little event. Thank the renters for an outstanding stay !!!

Loved our stay

Loved the property and closeness to the beach. Side yard was great for the kids. Only draw back, were ants and an occasional large bug inside but I would definitely rent again!!!

Great Location

We visit North Myrtle Beach every year so we are familiar with the area. This location is AMAZING! A short walk to the beach and groceries, beach shop, and ice cream. House has a well stocked kitchen, lots of space to be together but also find some quiet if you have a large group. The backyard is amazing and has its own private pool and lots of chairs innsun and shade. We used the gas grill and there is a great area to play games or read a book by the pool. We also enjoyed the fact that all five bedrooms have their own bathroom! The wifi is really bad on the main level of the house, we had to connect to a neighbor's wifi to get the living room tv to function. The house does need some updating - the siding has some pieces falling and the appliances are outdated. The toilet ran and we contacted the owners who sent someone right away to fix it although it didnt resolve the issue. Wasnt a big deal as everything works just not the most up to date. There were six beach chairs and one umbrella. We bought an extra umbrella for the beach and left it for future guests. I expected there to be more beach chairs and umbrellas. Would recommend adding a beach wagon and some beach toys for littles which we've seen at other properties we have stayed at. Overall the location made it worth it and we would stay again

Great family vacation property

Excellent location for a family. Very pet friendly. The fenced-in yard was the best for our dog. Kids loved the pool and very walkable to the beach.

Beach Fun

Property was warm and inviting, clean, plenty of space. Owner was great, very responsive. Had no problems at all. We stay in Cherry Grove every year and this was by far the best. Hopefully it will be available next year in our time frame

Family Spring Break

This property was great for our Family Vacation. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the size of the bedrooms were great. The kitchen and living area upstairs was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor areas and pool were great as well. Enjoyed spending time together in the evenings there. The location is perfect. Easy walk to the beach and close enough to walk to the grocery store and Dairy Hut (ice cream). Will definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

Family Traditions

Great place to start our new family tradition. The place was nice and the owner was exceptionally responsive when something was needed. House was well appointed, close to the beach and grocery store and the prey gathering place for the family!

Great beach house!!

This was a great place to stay! Close to the beach to walk, spacious home equipped with everything you need! It was great to spend a day at the beach and then get in the pool! We had a couple of small issues but were addressed right away! Would definitely stay here again!

Family trip

Location was great. It was nice they had chairs and umbrellas so we didn’t have to rent those. The owner was very communicative, quick to address any concerns/questions that we had.

Family and Friends at the Beach!

This was a great property and location for our group. Only a block from the beach, and walking distance to grocery and restaurants. Pool area was a great place to hang out after the beach. Would recommend this property. We had a great week.

Beautiful Pool-great location-cleaning issues.

Location and size was great to spend our wedding week in Cherry Grove with our family of 9. Pool area was a great place to hang out in the evening and the owner’s allowing us the use of the their golf cart at a reduced rate was a big plus and appreciated! I would suggest re-evaluating the cleaning service being used. The floors were so dirty when we arrived and one of the bedspreads had melted taffy on it and the sheets had actual dirt on them. There was a good bit of dust on some of the furniture as well. There is also some maintenance issues that should be addressed such as the broken cabinets and rusted crusty island sink.

Great House - Awesome Location

We have been vacationing in MB since 1990. This was the best layout house for our family. Large kitchen, table large enough for all to eat together (8), large family room with good seating, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on top level. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and laundry on 2nd level. Double carport and pool on bottom level. Very short walk to beach, no golf cart needed. If you make meals for a family, we suggest you take your own knife set, a decent egg pan, an electric skillet and a spatula. Pool and pool area are great. Good times had by our family here. Owner/manager are good to talk with. We will be back!

Beautiful Property

We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the weather didn’t permit us to utilize the pool. I wish the elevator worked because the stairs definitely gave us a work out 😂

Heaven on Earth!

Cherry Grove Family Vacation

Location s excellent but the house has several defects that should be addressed. The elevator was not advertised but it did not work. The heater for the pool hot tub did not work. The mattresses on all the beds should be replaced and one of the bunk beds only had a box spring without a mattress. Soffit boxing around the house has missing panels. Nails are backing out and raised on the exterior upper-level decks. Several window blinds have broken slats. Overall, for the price, it needs upgrades.

We are a family of 6 from the suburbs of Washington DC. We love to travel to the beach together every summer with our 2 dogs Tikko and Cocoa which is why our home is pet friendly. We spent many summers in Myrtle beach and all our boys learned to boogie board there. This is our second home purchase in North Myrtle Beach and we hope to retire there one day.

We choose this home because it is so close to the beach just a quick 2 minute walk and you're there! There are no high rise condos ocean front on our beach so its not crowded even during the peak of the summer rental season.
It's located on a quite street with a palm tree lined yard walking distance to the Cherry Grove Pier, grocery store and many other ammenities.

Short walk to the beach and beautiful ocean views from the front porch and the windows in the great room. Walking distance of the grocery store and many other shops. Restaurants and local attractions are close by. Our home is located on a street with beach access and public parking lot 1 block away. Our driveway and carports have enough parking for 6 vehicles. We like to to be pampered when we go on vacation so we have equipped our home with top quality mattresses and bed linens. Our home is minutes from Starbucks, local restaurants, attractions, boat ramps,fishing, and more golf and mini golf courses than you can count!
