The covered deck overlooks beautiful Blue Waters Lake and provides a second living/dining area - perfect for those balmy summer evenings watching the moon and stars come out or a lazy day reading your favorite book.
The property is ideally located to everything you need for a perfect summer holiday.
Start the day with a leisurely stroll out the back gate and around the lake enjoying the plentiful birdlife that abounds here. Little kids will love feeding the ducks and visiting the fairy-garden. Follow that with a yoga session on the bottom deck in the morning sunshine while the resident pelicans perform their aerial and nautical acrobatics.
Then you're ready for the day - it's 5 minutes or less to the beach, the river, the golf club and the restaurants and shops of the main shopping strip. The best coffee in town (Groove Cafe) is just two minutes walk.
Finish the day with a relaxing beverage and a bbq on the deck. Maybe an outdoor movie on the smart TV on the deck equipped with Netflix and KAYO.
The master bedroom features a king bed and has its own ensuite. The second and third bedrooms (both with queen beds) share the main bathroom (with bath and shower) and a seperate second toilet.
The property is also split level, so there are 2 - 4 steps here & there, leading from the hallway to the living area, one step into the lounge-room & a few off the back deck to the yard.

The office will be locked to get our personal effects out of the way.
