If this was advertised as a back packers, it would possibly be ok. The poor manager had no idea we were coming, as communications were still going to a previous manager, it was damp & smelt musty, the linen was old, towels thread bare. Not good value, or comfortable, so we left. Staff were lovely.

Fantastic property! Hosts were more than helpful, close to the airport, the beach, and all the shopping/dining options you could possibly want. Super safe as a Solo female traveller. Stop by Good Massage for THE best massage you’ll ever get!

We arrived at the Prepaid accommodation. There were no staff present. The was a sign and a phone number to call, but it didn’t work. We also retried to call the property manager with the number provided by Stayz. Also didn’t work. Asked a local nearby and he had the property manager’s phone number and we talked to him re our booking. He was adamant we didn’t have a booking. We quoted our booking number etc, but he wouldn’t budge. There was no other accommodation in the area available as Sanur was very busy . We ended up sleeping at my massage ladies brothers house !! Not happy. The villa is in a really good spot but we didn’t get to see the inside 😡
