**IMPORTANT NOTE: Beginning January 5, 2026, construction will take place on Palafox Street in front of The Lofts. While we’re excited for the improvements, we want to be transparent that we do not yet know the full impact this work may have on Palafox-facing units, including potential noise or other environmental effects.
Please keep this in mind when booking stays between January and June, especially January–February, as construction—including demolition—is scheduled to occur 24/7, and these units overlook the construction area. We’re happy to answer any questions or provide additional details upon request. Entry to The Lofts should not be affected, as there are two alternative entrances located on the side and back of the building away from Palafox. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to minimizing inconvenience while keeping all guests informed. Thank you!**
Location, location, location!! This 2 bed/2 bath loft is in the middle of all the action with stunning Palafox views that are hard to find. If you like to be in right in the center of boisterous city life, this is the unit for you. Palafox Street is filled with restaurants, bars, shops- and you'll be just a short elevator ride away. This condo is one of three BL condos with stunning views of Palafox, Downtown Pensacola's liveliest street, which produces noise from surrounding businesses and street, especially Thurs-Sat night. This entire condo is one of 16 Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). The historic building, built in 1906, offers the perfect balance of historic charm and modern amenities! Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street!
Check In Process:
To check in at any of our 16 Brent Loft condos, guests will need to sign rental agreement. Minimum age at check in is 25. ID may be requested to confirm age and identity verification. The day of arrival, we will send codes to enter the common space and condo door. We urge guests to review and complete these items before arriving on property to allow for a seamless check in experience.
-While parking is not included in your stay, we do provide a special promo code for BL guests in the Premium Parking lot directly behind the Lofts. After discount, cost for parking is $10/day/plate. There is city parking surrounding the Lofts but pricing varies.
-We do offer discounts for longer stays, military, wedding, etc. Please contact management for more info.
-No pets allowed.
