This is a newly owned One-bedroom studio villa. Designed with Romance and Island flare in mind for lovers.

Enjoy Oahu's magnificent North Shore from a luxury one-bedroom, privately-owned villa. You will awaken each morning to the sounds of ocean waves and tropical birds just a few steps from your lanai in this small piece of paradise. Later in the day, take a secluded walk down five miles of white sand beaches, enjoying the company of monk seals and whales just off-shore.

Turtle Bay Villa provides spectacular beach and ocean views plus the closest beach access of any rental at Turtle Bay. It is the only one-bedroom villa in a single story building on the property. This villa has recently been fully remodeled with romance and elegance in mind. You are just seconds away from the beautiful Turtle Bay beach. Enjoy romantic sunsets and long walks along this beach. You just might see a monk seal while you're at it.

For those BBQ enthusiast, the BBQ area is also just steps from your lanai. We've supplied all the utensils you'll need. You just need to stop at the local grocery store on your way in for your choice of meats and veggies. Don't forget to grab the wine :-)

Great location and good size for two people

This property has everything you need for a stay right by the beach. Communication with Maile, the property manager, was easy and she was a great resource for local information and places to visit.

We enjoyed the place. Very clean, well stocked with amenities, and perfect location. We had multiple people swing by our lanai and ask us how to rent the place! Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Beautiful location, amazing views and amenities yet still felt secluded and private. Wonderful host. Perfect place to enjoy our honeymoon. I sure am going to miss early morning beach strolls with my coffee!

One of the best

This villa was a perfect short term stay for the two of us. We loved all that the location offered - beach, many different walks, and a wide choice of activities. The unit itself has a very comfortable bed and furniture, and the kitchen is equipped with every thing we needed to make most of our meals there - nearby bbq was a plus. We will come again.

Oceanview Villas - Turtle bay Resort North Shore Oahu

From check in to check out everything was flawless. Everything you needed to have an amazing vacation and the owners and the beautiful and lovely caretaker Mailie gave us everything we needed to enjoy our super vacation. Would definitely stay here again. Refrigerators were small with limited freezer space but it did not impact our stay. The bonus of a washer and dryer was excellent. Thank you for everything 🥰

What a gem!

I was so delighted with my stay and can't wait to go back! The booking, communication and parking were a snap, and when I walked into the unit, I was impressed with the layout, the attention to detail and the location. I'm a snorkeler and hiker, and everything was right out the door. The Turtle Bay Resort had a good barista, but besides that, this ocean front villa had everything. It had the amenties of a resort, with a ton of privacy. So glad I came up to the north shore!

North Shore dream!

We had a wonderful stay! Maile (property manager) was so accommodating. We were traveling with our two year old and they had a pack and play, high chair, beach toys and books. There was a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The view and accessibility to beach and resort grounds was incomparable. We highly recommend and hope we can be lucky enough to come back!

A+ Stay at Turtle Bay

We had a wonderful vacation at Turtle Bay. Every aspect of our stay at this unit was amazing from the check-in to check-out. Cleanliness is important to me and this unit was in pristine condition. Not only that, it was beautifully and comfortably furnished and appointed. It has a walk-in closet, a large bathroom with a huge soaking tub, and a separate shower. It is ideally located for all North Shore activities and it was a beautiful drive to Waikiki. All of the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The grounds of the facility are beautiful and very well maintained, as well. Don’t hesitate to book this unit.

Turtle Bay Villa Heaven

This was our second year at these villas, the honeymoon suite and the adjacent three bedroom. These villas are immaculate, comfortably furnished and updated, and very well appointed (honestly the best appointed of any rental we have ever stayed at). The on site manager is VERY responsive and knowledgeable about the property and answered any questions within minutes. Our 4 and 7 year old grandchildren loved the pool and ventured into the bay a bit more this year, we did the luau again, and enjoyed the on site restaurants. Other than a grocery store visit we didn't leave as there is so much to do on property! We have already reserved these same villas for next year! Mahalo!

I travel a lot. This was the best I’ve stayed in at this price point. Absolutely stunning property, cleaner than my own home. Didn’t want for anything. I cooked and had all I needed. Do bring food, snacks bc there isn’t a convenience store near. There is a well stocked Foodland about 6 miles, albeit expensive. Must have car. Restaurants in resort $30-$80, and a small market for few items. I plan to come back with entire family and get adjoining condo. Pool and beach literally steps away. Breath taking

Have a Toddler? Stay Here!

This studio villa worked perfectly for me and my husband while traveling with our 2 year old. There is a retractable room divider that we lowered at nap time and bedtime to create separation between the living space (where baby slept) and the King bedroom area. Additionally, the host provided a high chair, a travel crib, books, beach toys and blocks… all clean & high quality items that made our trip much more enjoyable. The lanai opens right up to the pool and private beach so the location cannot be beat. The only ding in my rating was for the lack of access to the gym mentioned in the listing, which the host quickly offered a credit for (we paid for a weekly pass to access the gym at Turtle Bay Resort.) Just to be clear, this villa is not managed by Turtle Bay Resort so we did not have access to their free amenities (gym, pool, lei making classes, etc). Host and property manager were attentive and communicative. Highly recommend this unit for couples and families with a small child.

Jewel in the North Shore

My husband and I booked this property for our delayed honeymoon and 10 year dating anniversary. This is a must stay property on the Turtle Bay Resort! You won’t regret booking it!! The unit was even more beautiful than the photos depicted. The view of Kuilima Bay from the ground floor lanai is breathtaking. We made great use of the supplied beach towels, beach chair, and snorkeling gear. We also enjoyed the stunning resort property. The check in process was very smooth. Maile is wonderful! Very friendly and communicative. Thank for an absolutely perfect stay!!
