La ubicación está justo en el corazón del puerto, a pocos pasos de tiendas, restaurantes y las actividades frente al mar. Está en el segundo piso y tiene vistas al puerto desde el dormitorio y vistas completas del triángulo dorado cuántico que está exquisitamente iluminado por la noche y en el corazón ❤️ de la ciudad.

Nuestro hermoso puerto muy cuantioso ofrece muchas actividades que incluyen kayak, paddleboarding, excursiones de observación de ballenas, recorridos diarios por el puerto, recorridos diarios al atardecer, paseos en tranvía, los jardines botánicos costeros de Maine y The Gardens A Glow (estacionalmente) muchas reservas para senderismo, MUCHAS ¡Antigüedades, y muchos y muchos restaurantes y tiendas fantásticos, la mayoría acaba de salir!

Outstanding stay at a most charming property right in the heart of Boothbay Harbor with beautiful harbor views. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Many shops and restaurants within a short walk run by owners that are genuinely friendly.

The owner wasn’t happy that I didn’t know the door code which meant he had to open the door and give us the code. There is no designated parking for the unit, so we paid 20 a day for town parking. The unit was on the second floor with steep narrow steps to carry luggage up. If I’d known about the stairs and parking I never would’ve rented it. We were given the wrong WiFi information, but found the correct code on a card in the unit. It was beautifully decorated and in the middle of town so you could walk everywhere. We left a day early because we were tired of climbing the stairs.

Fantastic location in Boothbay

The apartment was great - light and clean and met all of our needs. What set this stay apart was the location right in the heart of town and the helpfulness of the owner who gave us with great local advice. Wonderful trip and hope to come back again.

Great location owned by nice people

Crazy good location. Steep narow stairs. Heating was hard to use with no air. Very nice kitchen for cooking meals. Comes with all you need. Including spices from others before you. But you just will not find a better location.

Quick get away. The location was perfect walking distance to everything. Only thing that we noticed was the bed creaked loudly every time you moved but it was comfortable.

Location Location Location

Truly in the heart of the city and a walk to all the town hot spots. As this was our first trip to the east coast we learned that real estate is a premium, so be prepared to pay for parking (anywhere), apt stairs are narrow and shower is standing room only. Those are simple facts, but nothing that deters us from highly recommending this property. Patty and Mark are wonderful hosts and we can't wait to return!

Location, location, location

If you are looking for a place in the hub of Boothbay Harbor, you can't miss with this spot. Located right downtown, you can walk to everything. Hosts are shopkeepers and available to answer questions, etc. They supplied us with restaurant recommendations. Check in and check out were very easy. We thought it might be loud at night, but Boothbay quiets down once the shops close in the evening. Downside is parking. There is no dedicated spot, so we had to park on the street or pay for parking lot spot, but we made it work. Overall, it was comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything we needed.

Cute Place

The studio is in a perfect location for walking everywhere. It is in the middle of the downtown harbor area with plenty of good restaurants, art galleries and shops within walking distance. It is is very clean and decorated beautifully and the owners were helpful and readily available. There are a couple of things to be aware of. Because the studio is in the heart of downtown, the parking is very limited and is not free. There are all day paid parking lots a few blocks away, but if you leave you may not get a spot when you return. When this happened, we drove around for 20 minutes and could not find a place to park. We finally drove to a restaurant a few miles out of town stayed a hour then returned when the crowds had left. There are renters in the apartment above and you can hear them walking around. This was not a big issue for us because it was mostly during the day.

Patty and Mark are extraordinary people who have created a superb, restful and quiet place to stay right in the center of town above their general store. The attention to detail, the thoughtfulness in amenities and furniture to maximize a nice size space that feels like a great little hotel suite for your stay. Our hosts went over and above the usual –their helpful suggestions and general hospitality are some of the best I have experienced. This is an outstanding place to stay in an amazing dog-friendly Maine port town. If one is looking for a relaxing restful stay in a wonderful place with amazingly friendly people, it would be hard to match and likely impossible to duplicate at this price point. The parks, views, and restaurants (which vary from expected port town fare to Micheline Star quality options, to one of the best lobster shacks I have visited on the East Coast) made this one of our best experiences with a vacation rental anywhere in the world. Parking was easy, convenient, and presented little expense. There is a location for drop-off and unpacking, then a parking lot less than a block away that can be managed from anywhere with a phone application. Boothbay parking is always available, works well to keep the town’s tourists to a level ideal for vacationers. Highly recommended, my wife and I rebooked for the following year before the current vacation even concluded. Outstanding experience. Place is just awesome!

Loved it!

Cute, clean rental for us and our 2 little pups. The host and hostess were readily available if needed (which they weren't :)) and offered some great suggestions for the area. The rental is right on the harbor, local to shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Repeat Visit! Does not disappoint!

Best little place to stay to enjoy the Boothbay area - stayed a few years ago and had been waiting to come back - Small but so comfortable and can’t beat the location! Patty has it decorated so cute! Loved all the beach accents. So awesome that it’s pet friendly too so my little Poppy could enjoy it too! Hope to visit again sometime!

Charming "Hallmark" like location

Staying right in the heart of the charming harbor town of Boothbay was like being in a Hallmark movie! Our hosts were wonderful. Instantly answered any questions. We walked right out our door to shopping ,restaurants and lighthouse and wildlife boat excursion. We had a rental car to spend one of our days at Acadia National Park. The views were stunning.

Great Location and Helpful Property Manager

Great detailed communication with Patty the property manager from initial booking to checkout. Property is in great location on Boothbay harbor and is very clean. Patty has a great little shop next door.
