For those wanting to explore a bit more, you are just over a mile from renowned beaches and just blocks from top-tier shopping and eateries.

Once you are ready to wind down for the evening, it's time to go upstairs on the shared roof terrace. Treat yourself to a swim in the pool or dip in the hot tub, and relax by the firepit as the sun sets over the ocean to the west. Once any and all stresses have been released during your fun-filled day, you can crank the air-conditioning to your liking and gently drift off to sleep.

Amazing location if you want to experience the local culture. Walkable to everything you might need and the art district has so many shopping options and great restaurants. The condo complex is fairly new and has a nice rooftop pool and sitting area with great views. We were here for almost 2weeks and there wasn’t anything that we needed to get other than food. The place had lots of cooking supplies and was extremely comfortable. Will definitely stay here again if available. Loved it here and can’t wait to return!!

Loved this beautiful condo and great location

The unit is lovely. Just like the photos only better. Loved the rooftop deck and poolFully equipped with all your cooking needs. Only wish there had been some tea and coffee. Even a small amount for arrival. In addition luggage storage somewhere would be V helpful. Plus the area is great for restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend The Kitchen San Jose and Trattoria107 across the street fromThe condo. Overall fantastic. Would return sometime. Highly recommendOverall

Great location and beautifully maintained property

This was so nice we have booked again for next year. Being near the centre of town ,it was within easy reach of all the facilities. Absolutely no need for a car as UBER is readily available.

Good Location - Couple of Issues

Good location in central San Jose near restaurants and art district. Property was clean and safe. Got frustrated with shower either scalding hot or cold (would not regulate to warm) and with not being able to get TV in English.

Beautiful spot in the center of town.

First things first, the place was beautiful and more spacious than we expected. The open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen had beautiful furnishings and the kitchen was well equipped. The bedroom was also very spacious and had plenty of room for a blow up toddler bed that we brought with us. We also loved the rooftop pool and gym setup. Proximity to town was excellent - everything was at the doorstep. That said, it was LOUD. We happened to be there at the start of the San Jose Del Cabo festival, so that added a few notches to the noise level. Being only a few blocks from the downtown square, the noise travelled right into the apartment so much so that we thought there was a party right underneath us that went on until midnight. The bedroom was thankfully quieter than the main living space and with a sound machine we could mostly drown it out. It was great to have a parking dedicated parking spot but the spot number is not visible at all and it wasn’t clear from the instructions that this was a tandem parking situation (and this unit is the back spot) and what to do to get in and out with another car parked ahead of the spot. All in all an exceptional condo in the very cute town of SJD.

Perfectly located

This place is perfectly located in San Jose del Cabo Centro. It’s within walking distance of all the cool restaurants and bars. The pool is definitely nice to hang out. Will be coming back and staying here again
