The scenery and landscaping with the old stone wall on the pond was lovely on #18. Lots of wildlife. The place is immaculate. Host missed my text complaining the Hotel beach passes show expired in 2024, so we did not know that they still worked anyway until our last day Be sure to use them as there is no warning or explanation in any of the notes. Even without the beach passes I would stay again to be on the famous PGA National course!

Nice cottage among several attached cottages. Super location and view of the golf course. Ice cold air conditioning the way it should be in Florida. Very lucky to have found this option for the AASHTO Construction Conference rather than the rooms at the resort.

The villa is beautiful! It was clean as a whistle and very well appointed. The rooms were very comfortable. In fact, this was the most comfortable VRBO I have ever stayed in. The mattress was great, the master bathroom was beautiful. The second bathroom was also beautiful and my kids said their beds were very comfortable . The kitchen was well stocked and well appointed and had everything we needed. The location is beautiful and close to all the restaurants shopping and beaches. We really enjoyed the beach club access and used it several times during our trip. We also enjoyed sitting on the back porch and drinking our coffee. And in the evenings, we were all able to relax and watch a movie in the living room. Bill was a great host and easy to communicate with. He had lots of suggestions for restaurants and fun things to do for our family. The villa was easy to access and check in was a breeze! We hope to come back again soon!

Great Stay!

We came for my sons UA junior nationals. The location was perfect, cottage was clean and had anything you needed for your stay. The beds were also very comfortable. Will definitely stay again if we come back!

Great property

Nolan was very easy to work with! He was accommodating to all of our questions. We enjoyed using the beach pass and pool pass. We appreciated all of the little things he has added to help make a family’s stay enjoyable! There were two fans which were much appreciated! The kitchen was stocked with all the little things you don’t know you need but appreciate having. We especially enjoyed the nice grill! Very great stay! We will be booking again soon

Ideal stay for the sports enthusiast

Home away from home.Participating in a high level team event, we needed accommodation that offered facilities to sleep well, cook healthy meals and space to rest. Our needs were met in a beautiful well maintained, well equipped apartment on a beautiful resort. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Time spent

This trip was all about time spent with a dear friend. The location was fabulous....close to great restaurants, and not too far from the beach. The cottage was the perfect size and very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed the animals at the pond, and the sunsets in the evening

Stay didn't happen due to Milton

We were not able to complete our stay due to Hurricane Milton. From the pictures and the promptness of the host, it looked like the condo was terrific and would fulfill our needs. When we contacted the host about the postponed tournament, he replied very promptly. We were able to work out all of the details. We look forward to possibly staying here the next time we are in Florida.

Great Location. Perfect for Daughters Golf Tournament

My family stayed at this property for the Under Armor Summer Nationals golf tournament. The cottage has a great location for accessing PGA National and the golf facilities as well as easy access to local restaurants and shops. The property was clean and well maintained, we were granted an early check in, and we had a great stay. Highly recommend Eric.

Wedding weekend getaway

This was the perfect location for our extended weekend stay. Property is located inside the PGA National and the landscaping and grounds are immaculate and beautiful! The condo was just as described, it was exactly what we were looking for and conveniently located to EVERYTHING. Communication was excellent and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay!

Beach/pool/conference

Very cozy and in a great location for what we needed. The clubhouse pool was perfect for us and not busy, but we met some sweet people there. The first pic does make it look like that is the pool in the listing but it’s not-however, you can still go to the PGA restaurant and use it. It does catch your attention but not exactly what you will have full access to. The beach passes were excellent and amazing and just 20 mins away!!! The negatives-cleaning certainly was lacking in corners and underneath things, clothes that wasn’t ours hanging in the closet and a moldy full tray of beef stew found in the oven. This isn’t on the owner but rather on the cleaning people he uses. Communication with the owner was excellent, quick and always available. We even got to see a gator right in the backyard!!! Overall would certainly stay here again if cleaning improves.

Delightful January at PGA

My husband and I spent January at Bill’s wonderful cottage at PGA. The unit is very comfortable for a couple and our 2 adult children and their child joined for a long weekend using the guest bedroom and pull out couch. The patio overlooks one of the 5 PGA courses. The unit and the view are serene and quiet. The cottage is a 5 minute walk to the local pool. And sidewalks throughout the property and very close to highways. Bill ensured easy access to the property. Would definitely return!

Outstanding property. Great location. Very clean and well maintained. Beach pass a nice extra. Community pool perfect. Highly recommend this rental house. Can’t do better. Will return if available next year.

Best 12 days ever

The property is great. Bill was available when we had questions or locked ourselves out. Lol. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. You can't beat the location. Anything you could possibly want is no more than 5 or 10 minutes away. Great vacation. We will rent from Bill again
