Recently remodeled with a stunning kitchen and bathroom remodel and soon to be featured on Staycation, this exquisite 2.1-acre retreat in the heart of Sonoma offers the perfect fusion of modern elegance and wine country charm.

Indulge in resort-style amenities—lounge by the 50-foot pool, unwind in the hot tub, or challenge friends to a game on the bocce court. Savor al fresco dining at multiple outdoor seating areas, sip wine beneath a serene redwood grove, or sway on the sunset-view swing as you take in the breathtaking landscape. Little ones will love their own sandbox, while you enjoy the peaceful views of vineyards and Sonoma Mountain.

Step inside this beautifully designed modern farmhouse, crafted for both relaxation and entertainment. The home features four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms and three full bathrooms:
-Two luxurious KING suites, each with an ensuite bathroom
-One additional KING bedroom and one cozy QUEEN bedroom, sharing a full bath
-A spacious sunroom with a plush sofa that converts into a QUEEN sleeper

Every detail has been curated to offer a truly unforgettable stay. Whether you're sipping coffee on the porch, gathering around the dining table, or unwinding under the stars, The Acacia Farmhouse invites you to experience Sonoma in pure luxury.The farmhouse is centrally located within close proximity to Downtown Sonoma 5 miles, heading a few miles east you are in Napa Valley Downtown Napa 10 miles Calistoga is 35 miles, and Healdsburg 40 miles.

A few things to note about our property:
-Rental Agreement to be signed upon booking
-Truvi ID Verification to be completed upon booking
-Quiet Hours: 9pm-7am. This is a county wide rule for all vacation rentals in Sonoma County. This is a peaceful neighborhood with full time neighbors and it is important the peacefulness is respected.
-No Weddings, Events or Parties allowed at any time. This is strictly enforced.
-No music is allowed outdoors at anytime.
-Security cameras are located on the exterior front & back for your safety.
-The pool is heated during summer months May-October 1st. We can heat Oct-May for $200 per day

Exquisite mid week getaway

Our stay was the perfect 3 day getaway because of this wonderful property. The hosts had graciously prepared this home for every one of our needs….. and then some!! Perfect!

Everything was beyond expectations! We traveled with 4 other couples and this house was perfect! We enjoyed the beautiful living space and spent a lot of time in the pool and around the fire pit. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens we have ever rented. And that swing was our favorite morning coffee spot, loved it! We will return with our grown kids. Can’t wait! Charming Farmhouse with Amazing Pool

The house was so cute!! We LOVED the pool and backyard. We spent an entire day in the pool and hot tub until the 9pm quite time. They provide all the bathroom supplies, coffee supplies and spices for cooking. We all loved the modern microwave and it was so easy to use. The decor and Wallpaper were Gorgeous! I definitely want the wallpaper in my house!! We are already planning on our next trip there!!!

Perfect house for a girl's trip

We had an incredible stay at the Acacia Farmhouse. It is a beautiful, very clean house that comfortably fits eight people. We ended up coming home early from our winery day so we could enjoy more time at the pool! The location is an easy Uber ride to downtown Sonoma and Napa. We hope to visit again soon.

Absolutely perfect!

Amber’s Sonoma place was such a treat! The house is beautiful, super well-furnished, and the grounds had everything we could’ve wanted—and then some. The kids absolutely lived in the pool and we all had plenty of space to relax and enjoy. What I loved most is how it felt totally private and tucked away, but we were still just a few minutes from Sonoma Square and all the great restaurants, shops, and wineries. Best of both worlds. I’ve been coming to Sonoma for over 15 years, and this spot is definitely going on my short list for future trips. None of us wanted to leave—such a great stay! Highly recommend.

Incredible Sonoma Experience

Wow! First of all, the house is amazing. It's got everything you need to really enjoy a relaxing weekend. We didn't even want to leave but instead order food to the house and relax there. Communication with Amanda was amazing, and she really is wonderful. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfection

We had the most amazing stay at this property. It was set up to easily accommodate our group of 9. It is just as beautiful and clean as the photos show. The outdoor space is a dream. We truly enjoyed our time. Easy to get to Sonoma Square for dinners. We did a full day of tastings in Sonoma and Napa without being in the car too long. Amber was easy to reach and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Amazing Property!

We loved our stay at the Acacia Farmhouse! Location was perfect and peaceful. It really felt like a farmhouse in wine country- grape vines and all! House was beautifully decorated with a fun contemporary farmhouse style. We especially loved the outdoors and the large and very sparkling pool and spa! Lots of room for larger parties but also really nice for a smaller family. We enjoyed the Bacci ball court and cornhole games as well! Owners were great and very friendly and welcoming! Wonderful, comfortable & well-situated!

Perhaps the most welcoming and restful part of our wonderful week-long stay over Christmas was how incredibly helpful the owner, Amber, was. Both before our stay - sending recommendations of things to do, places to eat, caterers - and then almost instantaneous responses to text inquiries while we were at this terrific property. The kitchen is small although is currently [after we left] being renovated, but is very well-equipped for a family who like to cook. The neighbors' dogs and roosters have a lot to say, although that is country living. We made good use of the hot tub and would love to return in the summer to make more of the enormous outdoor space. This is a really comfortable and well-appointed rental!

Great property in a good location!

Great property in a good location! We were fortunate to catch what might be the last warm weekend of the year and had an opportunity to enjoy the large pool in the backyard. Our kids also enjoyed playing excavator in the sand pit, swinging on the tree swing, and playing bocce ball with us; all that to say the property had a lot of fun amenities which made the trip memorable. Location wise, it's centrally located (10min to downtown Sonoma and 15min to downtown Napa) which was very convenient. On the negative side, there are small details missing around the house like the bathroom doors don't lock, but again very minor.
