Relax in the morning with your coffee in the large screened in patio off the Master Bedroom Suite and enjoy walks on the beach every evening. Watch the big game on an 85 inch big screen TV in the breezeway or enjoy a good movie with the family on a 86 inch TV in the spacious living room. Plus every bedroom has its own TV . Great WiFi and bandwidth throughout the house!

Great stay! Charlie was a fantastic host, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house was great and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth, the place was clean, and everything was exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The hosts, Charlie and Mollie, made the check in and check out process so easy and smooth and are available and very responsive to any questions that we had. The property is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. We saw multiple deer feeding right at the end of the driveway practically every night of our stay. The outdoor furniture and screened in back porch allowed us to sit and just listen to the waves and wildlife. The garage is set up for a great outdoor barbecue family meal, cards, and game of corn hole. We went down to the lake to fish and walk along the beach.This is a great vacation rental for both couples and families (plenty of room and bedrooms/bathrooms).We would highly recommend for a getaway!!

Overall a great place to stay! I have zero complaints and by far the most clean and stocked house with needed items I’ve ever stayed in, everything was perfect and will be back for sure

Words cannot describe how amazing this place is. The wonderful amenities are never ending. The views are spectacular and so serene. We had the most relaxing time and plan to return. The owners truly went above and beyond for our stay!

I can not say enough about how wonderful this place was as well as our hosts. We will definitely be back. The beach is amazing. The outdoor wild life was an awesome experience for the kids to see. Deer every afternoon and we even saw a few eagles. The house was simply wonderful. Highly recommend!

It was the nicest rental at the Lake we have ever stayed in. It was like staying in a 5 star Hotel. Everything was perfect at the lake house including the owners of the house that kept in contact with me all the time. We loved it and this is our new vacation rental at this house in the future. We will not ever stay another place. It was a beautiful and extra clean home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here even in the rainy weather. The owners are the most hospitable of any other homes that we have stayed in. Home was exceptional with plenty of amenities. Loved seeing deer around the property. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect place, wonderful hosts!

We booked the rental for our family vacation. It was absolutely perfect and the hosts were beyond accommodating! The home and grounds were beautiful and immaculate. They literally had everything you could possibly need and then some! They even left special treats and gifts! We will definitely be returning for another vacation in the future!

Beautiful home & a great view

Our family enjoyed Father’s Day weekend with our adult kids and one grandkid. It was the right amount of space. The outdoors area is where we spent most of our time. The abundance of deer was a bonus! Owners and neighbors were great!

Yearly fishing trip!

Me and several friends take a yearly trip to Rayburn. This was our first time staying at this property but I ensure you it will not be our last. This property was everything we were looking for. Clean, well maintained, amenities, communication with owner, etc. Everything was top notch!!!

Great place to stay! Beautiful views

We had the best time here! The house had anything and everything you could need while on the trip. The house was super clean and comfortable! If we needed something, the owners were fast at responding and helped us with everything. The area is perfect for a family with kids. We saw lots of wildlife, tons of deer and bald eagles. We highly recommend this waterfront property. Gated community was a plus for saftey and privacy concerns.

Our family had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The house was amazing and had everything you will need, plenty of space for everyone inside and out on the patio area. The water was a little high so we didn't have the beach area but still enjoyed the water at the house and out boating. We will absolutely be back!

Spacious and Beautiful!

You will not regret staying here. The house is spacious, modern, and very well maintained. The view of the lake is gorgeous. The hosts are the most accommodating ones we have ever had and we haved stayed in many places. The amenities are too many to mention but everything you can think of is covered...down to the espresso machine. Don't think twice about booking this. You will be glad you did. We will be back and I give it the highest rating possible!

Most awesome House on the Lake

My wife and I stayed here with our daughter and her young family. The house is awesome with seating everywhere. Great outdoor seating on the back porch and a really cool area in the garage with great chairs and a huge TV. The house looks almost brand new and all the furnishings were in excellent shape. Could hold a ton of people if you wanted to. The location on the water was excellent as we could just walk down to the water and swim and play in the sand. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs over the years and this by far is the nicest. The owners were awesome at check in and out and the communications was so easy and friendly. Highly recommend this house if you are staying on Rayburn.

Family Vacation

This place is amazing! It has been very well thought out. Not only is it a beautiful home, but it’s well stocked with all you need. If you are looking for a place that you can land at and not leave for the duration of your stay, this is the one. We absolutely loved the garage set up. The view to our right was the lake, the left were the deer grazing in the yard, and in front of us was the perfect size tv to watch LSU baseball! This “breezeway” setup allows the breeze to blow through while hanging out in the garage playing cornhole, grilling and visiting. The comfy beds, furniture on the inside and out, ample supply of bath towels so you aren’t washing constantly while you’re on vacay, the additional refrigerator in the garage, the beach area, and thorough communication with the owners made our stay top notch! We had 4 couples and all said numerous times how pleased we were and all want to return!

***Family Vacation to Remember***This is an exquisite property. You can tell the owners take pride in offering a memorable experience for their guests. The check in process was seamless. The home was fully stocked. Pots, pans, towls, hygienics, grill, life jackets for swimming, Huge Tvs in every room, etc. The property is gated and secluded. Very private. The property is located within an easy drive to many historical landmarks and family adventures in Luftkin and the surrounding area. The beach we had all to ourselves. Swimming was great. Kayaks are available on site. We had fun using them. Lots of wildlife. You wake up and catch the sunrise over Sam Rayburn and watch the deer walk in the front yard. I can go on and on about how great a time we had and the property but its something you would have to experience yourself.

We love the quite and peaceful private gated community and the easy access to the beautiful sandy beach for long walks looking for arrowheads and petrified wood. We also enjoy coffee on the patio watching the incredible sunrise every morning!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Easy access to the sandy beach, and just a few minutes to the Hanks Creek boat ramp, deer everywhere in the quite and peaceful and private gated community of Cypress Point. The garage has automatic doors on each end and when both are open creates an incredible breezeway with a relaxing sitting area and 86 inch big screen TV and all overlooking a beautiful view of the lake! We have also recently included a large dining table in this areas and a grill! Between the house and the water is a beautiful carpet like Zosia grass lawn with big water view of the lake !
