Just 30 seconds from High Street in the Short North filled with plenty of nightlife, restaurants, cafes, and art galleries. There is free WiFi, laundry, TV with Netflix and a full kitchen. You'll have two parking spaces in a driveway included with the reservation, in an area with hard-to-find parking. The heart of the Short North is just steps away! OSU campus and Nationwide Arena are less than a mile away. As well as German Village, Ohio Capital/Statehouse, and COSI Science Center/National Veterans Museum are all within 2 or 3 miles from the unit.

Location is the selling point

If you are looking for a house close to short north this is great. It is fairly small and can only comfortably sleep 10 max. If you used every futon for 2 people it might fit 16 but the futons are not in good condition. Small kitchen and table. It would be hard for more than 8 to eat a meal in this house. The kitchen is not stocked there are no cookie sheets or oven kits but random other things is missing

Comfortable

We were in for one night. Tha house was great. We had enough places to sleep and relax for the 8 of us. Check in was easy and the hosts were nice and very helpful.

Fantastic location!

Charming, cozy and convenient. Some elements could use a little updating but everything worked well and as expected.We stayed for a week for a convention and loved how quickly we could get to the CC and back. Tons of great food, bars and shopping less than a block away from the house. Would stay again!

do not rent this place

Owner called me direcly to cancel our stay. Owner would not confirm this when we did a joint call with VRBO. I had to wait until day of to get VRBO to assist since owner would not tell vrbo the truth. Vrbo didnt offer to assist us with a new place. just offered a credit 6pm that night while we waited around for a new place.

Happily Ever After

Location for perfect for our family’s celebration at the Mandrake, within walking distance. Comfortable and ample space. Free parking for 2 cars, so we had to park additional car at event location.

Location is number one!

Location is definitely the reason to stay here! It’s a one minute walk to the main drag of the short north and there are plenty of restaurants and bars available. Having a guaranteed parking spot was also a big plus! The house itself was perfectly fine, although the four queen beds turned out to be two queen beds and two doubles. That was somewhat disappointing. The furniture is very basic, they could definitely do with some night tables, throw rugs and towel bars. One bedroom was literally just the bed and that was it, no rod in the closet. We did have electrical issues; some of the outlets didn’t work at all, and some of them started out working but then stopped later on. Eventually the second floor didn’t have any power at all. We called the owner who told us that he wouldn’t be able to have someone out that night (a Saturday). We didn’t expect them to pay for an emergency electrician fee because it wasn’t a necessity, but the owner didn’t seem to much care that it had happened. No apology, just “I’m not going to be able to get someone out tonight”. Fortunately the two people in our group that have to wear CPAP machines to sleep still had working outlets. I think the house could be pretty amazing if they put a little bit more care into the property but it was sufficient for our weekend away! A

Columbus Zoo Trip

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the property. It was perfect location in relation to the zoo. All ten of our family members fit nicely in the unit! We had a great trip amd appreciate prompt communication and quality of the space!

Great location in Short North!

The house worked very well for our group of 7 adults. There were enough beds/ couches to go around and several bathrooms. The location just off High St is terrific! The parking situation was not the best, as the sidewalk was being repaired, so one car was about all that could for in there. getting rimagineimaginewould have parked with 2 cars, let

Great location.

Great location to many restaurants and venues. House was comfortable and fit our needs. Parking is not the best considering the house sleeps so many people. Don't have more than 2 cars or you will have to pay to park. It's a city so no big surprise parking stinks.
