Bring the whole family to this fully furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with lots of room for fun. It is designed to provide a cozy abode to hard-working professionals. It is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Mansfield, shopping, eateries, churches, local parks, and walking trails!
The home features two large living areas, four fully furnished rooms, a furnished kitchen, spacious floor plans, and deluxe wood flooring. The backyard is huge and fenced.
This 2,166 sqft home was built in 2000 and may have some imperfections. Although most of the amenities have been remodeled, some cabinets/fittings may be squicky and old.
We have camera at the exterior of the building.

Rooms were very clean and there was a lot of space. Some minor problems was basis utensils (ie-no can opener, no big spoon for cooking breakfast, the cookings pans need to be scrubbed, walls were dirty, sinks had stains and had bugs. If you can get past those problems, I would still recommend staying there. Area was also nice and quiet.

This home had everything you need for an extended stay. The kitchen had everything you need. It was very clean. Check in was easy and we were left some bottle water which was great after a long day in Texas heat. I recommend this roomy house.

Nice Place To Stay

My husband & I were having renovations made to our home that required us to move out for a few days so, this was close to home. We have a small dog, so the backyard was great to have. It was very clean, and had everything that we needed. The owner was prompt to answer any questions that I had.

Wonderful home!

We stayed here for about 6 weeks during our home renovation. We are a family of 6 and we were all very comfortable the whole time. Plenty of space for everyone. The host was very responsive and helpful. Even the neighbors were nice. I would definitely stay here again if we ever needed to.

The host is great, very nice. The house is not a model home by any means but it did serve the purpose that our family needed and the location was easy to get in and out of. The neighborhood is not the best but I think it is safe. Overall I probably over paid for this stay for what it is but again it served a purpose that our family needed at the time. The house could use some TLC but most of the beds were comfortable.

House is dated I wouldn't call it luxury amenities were very minimal and very generic animal hair throughout the home takes forever for hot water to come through I ended up buying a keurig and simple pots and pans to use no laundry essentials otherwise the stay was good we felt safe the host went above and beyond very nice person

Military friends of 34 years came to celebrate a 60th birthday. The location was great! The host was amazing! The layout of the home beautiful! The beds slept very comfortable. However, there must have been pets in the home previously due to the cat/dog hair on the floors and a blanket. The home as well as the decor could use an upgrade to include the pots and pans, we borrowed some items from a local friend to cook with. We will consider staying here again if upgrades are done

Comfortable and Convenient

Easy access to the property, great directions. Loved that the beds were comfortable and the refrigerator offered ice. The HVAC worked well. We needed 5 beds and that was hard to find, so we appreciate that convenience. The only thing I would change is the size of the kitchen trash can. It is so small, guests trying to use it make a mess to clean up trying to find a place for today’s larger sized carryout cups and containers. The instruction manual for checking out could be clearer about whether to strip or leave sheets on beds, and where to leave the towels used during the stay.

Not exactly what we usually stay in

The house has plenty of room for a group of people. The home is a bit outdated and needs a deep cleaning. The sheets and towels had stains. There was lots of dust in the house. There wasnt extra towels as noted either. For the price of the rental I would have suspected better conditions.

Perfect place for our needs. Convenient location. Be aware that the room with two beds is a trundle that pulls out in tight quarters. People in both beds have to scoot to the end to get out. No problem- we just put the trundle mattress on the floor in the front room and the young guy slept there. We will all be back for another graduation and will gladly stay here.
