This unique place has a style all its own. It's a 1 bedroom apar. that sits in front of a duplex. It fits 2 guests and would be a perfect place for a quiet get away to the beautiful South Orange County. Its only 3 miles from the beach and Dana Point Harbor. Also, walking distance from the historic Los Rios Street and beautiful downtown San Juan Capistrano where you can find entertainment, shopping and amazing fine dining. There are historic sites such as San Juan Mission and famous Swallows Inn.

This is a 400 sq.ft. 1 bedroom apartment that sits in front of a duplex. The bedroom has a closet and bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals and enjoy your stay. There is no dining table, but a cute bar top peninsula with 2 chairs. There is no dishwasher, but a drying rack for your clean dishes.

The place is all to yourself. There is no yard, but the beautiful downtown San Juan Capistrano is walking distance from our place.

We pride ourselves in making sure our guests have a great stay. I am available on the airbnb App where I am quick to respond.

Only 3 miles from the beach. Also, walking distance from historic Los Rios Street and Downtown San Juan Capistrano. San Juan mission is a great place to site see. Zoomars petting zoo, ecology center and Los Rios park are great fun for the kids.

Uber and Lyft are easily accessible in this area. Metro link is walking distance from this property where you can easily visit San Diego or Anaheim. Also, walking distance from downtown where there is so much to do.

This unit only has street parking available for 1 vehicle as we provide 1 parking pass. It can be very challenging to find parking in the evening so we suggest finding a spot during the day and walking or using Lyft/Uber to get around in the evening.
-We are pet friendly with a $100 pet fee. There is no yard so you will need to walk your pets and pick up after them.
-Please clean out the coffee maker before you leave
-There is no dishwasher so please wash your dishes and leave on the drying rack before checking out
-PARKING: Street parking only. We give you 1 PARKING PASS for overnight parking. You must display in your windshield and only park in Zone A. We charge a fee of $500 if parking pass is lost of not returned.

This stay is in a nice central location for what the area has to offer. The property was clean and the check in/check out instructions were crystal clear.

Location Location.

Convenient location within walking distance of the core of SJC; That’s a huge plus. It’s on the small side but nice and freshly decorated. Street parking only - and you might be out of luck if you try it in the evening. I also must admit that it was my first vacay rental with the typical “service fees”, where the extensive checkout list includes “wiping all surfaces” …checkout time is fixed at 11am and there is zero flexibility unless you pay another 100. It’s a decent place for CA with a few caveats.

This property was in a great location. It was walkable to the historic district. Check in was breeze and the place had everything I needed. Would highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Romantica.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Romanitca in San Juan Capistrano. Our house was being fumigated and we found this listing that allowed us to bring our small dogs. The property was clean, organized, and fast communication with the property manager. The location is in a quiet neighborhood that allowed us to walk our pups several times a day. Located very close to the train station with restaurants, parks, the Mission, and a bit of history. Despite street parking we had no issue getting parking. We would definitely stay there again, it was fun exploring this area!

Perfect for our needs

We were having our house fumigated and needed a place to stay for a few days with our dog and 2 cats. This location was very accommodating to allow the animals with an additional animal charge. It was a perfect size for the three nights we needed to stay there. The living area is comfortable, the kitchen has your basic needs and the bedroom was a good size for the two of us. The bathroom seems to be relatively new and it is clean and comfortable for 2 people. We had time to walk around the neighborhood and it was a very short easy walk to the historic Los Rios area of San Juan Capistrano. We enjoyed the restaurants, gift shops and also spent a good part of the afternoon over at the Mission. It was a wonderful 2 day staycation. The hosts provided excellent information for check-in, entry, locking and parking. They were also very easy to reach via text when we had questions. Only negatives were a smoke alarm that was not installed with wires hanging and the clock did not have a working battery in it. No matter, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location and property.

Mellow weekend getaway

Host was easily accessible, gave good walking, points of interest and restaurant suggestions Place was very clean and I loved the retro style. Only inconvenience was - no silverware 🍴 I’m sure it was a simple oversight and very easy to fix.

Clean, bright, easy access, centrally located, plenty of kitchen ware, appliances, silverware, cabinet/ fridge space. Relatively good value for the price at about 160 per night. Would stay here again any day.
